Ticket Overcharge
I booked 4 round trip tickets, specifically asking for "Economy", and my email receipt with confirmation number showed economy next to each passenger name. This allowed us to bring a full size carry on and personal item. That is what I asked and payed for, but when I brought up the confirmation with the airline, was basic-economy. I called Help Desk to correct this, and got everything but Help! Was told it would be looked into and give 24 hours, no reply. I called repeatedly due to being hung up on, being told that I have to deal with the person, Nixon, that originated the tickets, only to be to he is unavailable. When I finally did talk to him, told me there was nothing he could do, but "maybe" get a refund if I upgraded through the airline directly. Such a sham! He told me to wait another 24 hours for confirmation of a refund, $360.00, that never came, no phone call, either. So much for highest priority. I called again only to be informed by another agent that I am stuck with what I have, and if I would like to upgrade through them he would gladly assist me with charging me $175.00 per person, total of $700.00! Airline charges $90.00 per person!?! I don't get how they can upgrade me if I pay more, but unable to give me what I paid for in the first place. When called him out on this, he got defensive and argued with me that it was a computer error, which was not. More of human error. Also, don't understand that if it is the same business, same computer system, why any agent can't help a client. Makes no sense to get a run around waiting for the original agent, or get hung up on because they don't want to help with anything.

I have book a hotel in April 17th and then I canceled because the hotel they booked had no reservations for me. I told my bank and they reverse the charges. A month later Complete Bookings aka Help desk has reversed the charges back to me and now they're are refusing to refund me my money. I am fighting to get my money back. They have left me with no money and I cannot feed my child. This is a pandemic. I have not use their services and I need my money back. They took all the money I had $689. Please help me. billing issue/unauthorized credit card charges
I'm trying to get $600 back. The date of this transaction is April 24, 2021, and my order confirmation number provided by TravelerHelpDesk is 3EW9FI. I was trying to book a flight from LA to China through this agency. Agent Neal first booked and confirmed a Air China flight going from LA to my destination CKG with one stop in BEIJING on July 1. He even sent me a confirmation email. However, right after this email, he said he needed a few more minutes to sort things out and put me on hold. When he returned, he began to ask me if it's okay with me if my flight takes a stop in TAIPEI instead of BEIJING. I told him that is NOT okay. Since he was even unsure of my flight details which means the previous confirmation wasn't processed, I began to suspect their credibility and told him don't bother with my order anymore, I will book it myself. However, he said now my order has already been confirmed, cancelling it would cost $600. If there was no flight being booked in the first place, how was there cancellation fee? I called Air China airline immediately, and they told me that there was no record of any flight being booked and cancelled under my name. I realized that they were a scam. I have called my bank to file a dispute for this transaction. I was wondering if there is anything else I can do to get the money back.

I was on the phone with Traveler's Help Desk and was getting a quote for a plane ticket. I noticed the price given was hired than what it showed online. So I told them and then the call got disconnected and since I had given them my card information they charge me without my authorization. Then they call mr to tell me tell they had charge me already. Tried to cancel and they refuse. What else can I do.

I booked my flight with the company and then I canceled the ticket due to Covid-19, so now I was supposed to get a refund for my ticket from the airline. but since I have booked it through this business, the airline was supposed to issue voucher to the business in the amount of refund so that the business can refund my money through the same mode of payment. Upon checking up the status of my refund with the airline, I found that the voucher was issued a month ago and the business still wants me to hold as they have no record of the refund from the airline. The airline has provided me with the refund reference number and an email to ensure that they processed the voucher to the business. I am getting different answers and situations every-time I call their customer service. Their service is very disappointing.

Sold a ticket/non operating airline
My husband bought a airline ticket with traveler help desk to go to Nicaragua and they sold him a ticket from copa airlines and it wasn't even operating. We asked for a refund and we only are getting $200 back when we paid $700. They lie to customers. Disappointed. They didn't even bother to let us know the airline wasn't traveling so he wasted 1hr and 30 minutes to get to the airport and to come back.

American airlines canceled my flight from amsterdam to orlando april 24, 2020 american airlines credited traveler helpdesk with my refund of $1320.58 on april 3, 2020. I have called many times about 2x a month and been told even by a supervisor that my refund would be issued in about 2 weeks. That was way over a month ago. A resolution of this matter would be an immediate refund

Your website shows a flight from Detroit, Michigan to San Juan Puerto Rico, departing Detroit at 7:11 pm 8/4/20, with a Boston layover, arriving in San Juan Puerto Rico at 2:30 pm 8/5/2020.
I attempted to book this flight for 8 tickets at your advertised price of $1298.33 with Benee. He was on speaker phone in front of several adults when he informed me the flight on your website does not exist and he has no idea why it is on your website.
He informed me that for a higher price of $1368.20 he would book the tickets on an alternate flight with a shorter Orlando layover and explained the higher price was because this was a shorter flight.
After providing my bankcard information I see Benee somehow magically booked me on the flight with the Boston layover that he stated on speaker phone did not exist.
As far as I am concerned, this is fraud. I called back several times asking to speak to a manager and was assured someone would fix this regarding honor the price you advertise for the flight or put us on the flight Benee told us we were getting for the higher price.
I did screenshot everything and have copied this email to the California Attorney General. My bank has also messaged me inquiring as to whether or not this is a fraudulent charge, and since I was lied to and charged for something I didn't agree to, I believe it is fraud.
Please honor the $1298.33 price as advertised, or put us on the alternate flight Benee lied and said we were getting for the additional charge.

ticket booking
I booked a ticket from US to ME. I put my CC info. after 10 hrs my CC keeps getting charger 0 USD every 10 min. I called them and they stated that ticket price increased b ~ 400 USD ! even though I already booked at the lower price !
I was stuck so I accepted the increase. I t was supposed to be a NON stop flight, after booking I discovered that there was a HIDDEN STOPover on the route that was never mentioned in any itinerary !
I was literally SHOCKED! what if I need a VISA for that transit destination that was not even mentioned!
This is not scam, it is intentional fraud!

This is the worse travel agency I have every encountered. I reserved a flight from Nigeria to Australia, and cancelled within 12 hours of reservation and I was told I will have to pay cancellation fee. Of 1000 US Dollars. From my travel history, cancellation charges are only taken when you have paid for the flight and cancelled. And this is not the case.
I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

We purchased an airline ticket thru these people and they gave us incorrect login information so we were unable to log in at the airport. After 2 hrs. of trying to get this resolved, we ended up paying an add'l. $150 so we could get on the flight we needed to catch our other flight. We wrote to these people and rec'd. a reply that they would be responding within 3-4 weeks. It's been 4 months now and we have heard nothing, in spite of repeated attempts at contacting these people.
We need our money back pronto! Paid for services were NOT provided.

This "site" is far from helping! My cruise was canceled in Florida due to hurricane dorian so therefore i am trying to cancel or get a voucher for our flights. I was given a confirmation code after booking LCQ3ZF. Well upon callin to change my flight customer service told me to call my airline. As i did this i came to find out my family of 4 are not reserved for any flights. Sept 1st 2019 "flight 927 from chicago-ohare to orlando-mco" and return date sept 6th "flight 912 from mco-orlando to chicago ohare" were no where to be found. I am livid and distraught. My $800 was taken as i only got fake flight information!

Worst customer service and experience of my life.
Booked my tickets through bethel.com and lead to arestravel.com everything seemed fined purchased my tickets at 9:09 am 7/26/19 within less than 30 minutes I got an email to call back to arestravel to confirm since the purchased had been flagged (the cardholder was different than the reservation name) I called back right away.. They did take long to take the call maybe like 25-30 minutes.
God the issued fixed and received my confirmation with the united airlines issued tickets. I checked on the ua app the confirmation code and everything seemed perfect.
Moving forward with my departure day 8/04/19 (my departure was at 4:09 p.M.) around 12:45 p.M. I'm at church and kept getting a cal from san diego, ca, I stepped outside to answer and there's this man talking in spanish asking for me about a flight I had scheduled (the informatioin he was giving me was legit but asked him for my confirmation number and it wasn't the same I had gotten from arestravel I really thought this was a scam) he kept telling me that if I wouldn't pay a difference on my flight he was gonna void the ticket, so I told him I would give him a call back or he could call be back within 20 minutes to leave church. He never called back, but I called to ua and sure enough they voided my ticket that day. I called to arestravel and they said they don't do air flight tickets and gave me a number to call, I call back and they tell me that they voided my ticket and I needed to pay.. I kept telling them and asking them for an explanation because I had received a confirmation and my ticket was issued.. I was on the phone for over 3 hours trying to resolve the issue.*worst but I mean worst of the worst to the worst to the millionth power*
Spoke to sergio, it was unbelievably ironic how long he would take to check *anything* he would ask if I could stay on the line for a 2 minutes and then he would take at least 15 minutes... He had me like that forever, they changed my departure city so I had to drive 40 minutes (still not having a ticket issued, by faith) he would tell me he was trying to find fares, and times... And once he charged me the difference he said he would give me a call back with the issued ticket number and ua confirmation... The whole drive to the airport it took him to call me back.. I kept calling to get a hold of him, and they would just tell me that he was working on it that he would return my call. At some point he calls me back i'm a minute away form the airport, trying to get a confirmation and he wouldn't issue it until he asked if I had made it to the airport once I said yes he tells me there was a mistake on my last name, he *on purpose put it on the cardholders last name... He said that he needed to cancel the flight and re book it.. I kept setting a point that there was no way he had done a mistake for the pre-confirmation had my name correct and didn't get him out that he needed to cancel and re - book, he gave me two options to change my flight to a later one and arrive to my destination until the next day at the same price or cancel *because I couldn't afford to pay* if I wanted to leave at the 4:09! That's when I couldn't take it anymore and asked to speak to a supervisor, he didn't wanna transfer me until I repeated myself like 5 times *I just wanna talk to a supervisor* as he put me on hold I decided to get off and got talk to united airlines (its past 3 pm) I tell them my whole situation and they're like "you're that famous person who's name appeared today and went from one last name to another" they got on the phone with ua and started helping me after 20 minutes of waiting they transfer me to a "supervisor" *rohan* I told him ua would help me if they wouldn't and that's when he released the confirmation.. They lied the whooooooleee time!
Fast forward to 4 days ago I called because I contacted ua, read all the terms and conditions and now read a lot of the reviews and what they did is injustice, steal and scam. I called and they said they would transfer me to rohan and after waiting 20 minutes they said he was busy that we would call back within 30 minutes if not the latest 24 hours and if they wouldn't that they would fix my whole problem.. He never called back... I called right after the 24 hrs and supposedly that he was out and he wasn't aware.. I told him they mentioned that if he wouldn't call me back within a period of time I could ask to speak to a manger, and he said they were all gone for me to try the next day, he said he would try to help me and said he could call me back since he was leaving for the day.. I asked him to call 3 pm pacific time since i'm central time... Yup did not care and called before that.. Called him back and after trying to get help from him that took over an hour... After me not tolerating the fact that he was so rude and they all start yelling and raising their voices, I told him what sergio said about me not affording to pay for the flight and re worded to something different and said that's what he meant.. No he said it clearly... I even told him they had my permission to go back and listen to their recording... He finally caved it and transferred me to ray (his manager) rude as well, they kept arguing that I didn't know how it worked and the terms and conditions are not very detailed because it would take someone like me months to read and understand it... He came to the agreement into being refund only 300 out of the 530 that they stole from me... Horrible experience with these scammers.
I've already contact bethel and told them the whole story so they can no longer link them to get any flights from them.. I even sent them this link so they can read all the bad reviews they have.
If I had an option to put negative stars.. That would be my rating because one is waaaaay to much fro them to deserve!

Good afternoon.
Today, July 2, 2019, I was booking a flight for my son, Xavier Ortiz Franco, confirmation #SZX92P, and while doing so the system froze. I had to redo the reservation from the start.
After finally completing the reservation and submitting the same, I chatted with an agent to see when I would be receiving the itinerary and boarding passes for my son and to my surprise, she told me that the price had increased. It went from $458.96 to $508.85. That is an increase of $49.89. Please note that due to a name error on my part the total cost of the ticket is actually $593.85.
I am extremely upset as I am being penalized for a systems issue. If the system hadn't frozen I would have been charged $458.96. I consider the increase very unfair. The system should have at least flagged that the price had increased before booking.
I am requesting that the $458.96 (plus the $85 charge to correct the name) be honored and therefore, have a credit issued to my credit card for the amount of $49.89.
Please advise as soon as possible.

complete lack of knowledge in customer service agents
The customer agents have no clue about baggage policy of the flights. They provide inconsistent and incorrect information. I was told while booking that infant is allowed a check-in baggage. Then just days before flight that info. was refuted.
I spoke to the supervisor and there was a rude undertone to all his responses. He provided me information which was deprived of facts.
My flight had multiple segments operated by multiple airlines. Hence, it was imperative for agents to provide me with consolidated information.
The supervisor called me promptly after receiving new information, my complaint is resolved.

On March 23, 2019 my family's flight going to Minot from Denver Colorado got delayed. Instead of calling United Airlines for a resolution, I mistakenly called Traveler Help Desk. What the company did was book my family a ticket that was never used because the issue was resolved without any action needed. I did not receive any email or any information from Traveler Help Desk regarding flight ticket or confirmation. I called the company to request for a refund and was promised a callback but never received one. There customer service was very rude. Also, I requested a refund from United Airlines, however, it got cancelled because it was confirmed that the original plane ticket was used.

They are all the same company... They are scam! They charged me almost $800 dollars for tickets that was never issued and when I called them to ask for the call recording, they said that it was up to them if I would have it or not. The way that this scheme company works... You call them or buy through their website, they book the flights with wrong dates and then when you call to correct them, they'll charge you the same amount you paid in the first place to "change the date", which was a "so called error" that they made! In the end I was without my money and didn't have the tickets either. They just stole from me!
TravelerHelpDesk, smartfares.com or LBF Travel... All the same company.
The customer service manager called me and was surprisingly very nice. The amount paid was fully refunded.

Dear Sir/Mam:
On April 3, 2019, I purchased the round trip ticket KBNEFP from Dominica to San Juan. You can see the details below.
When I returned on April 13th, I found out at the gate when boarding my Air Antilles flight that I did not have a valid ticket. In fact, after investigating with the airline representative, we discovered that my return ticket had been electronically cancelled due to Traveler Help Desk not purchasing the ticket within the time frame allotted. There were no other flight options available Saturday afternoon.
A supervisor named Nina was able to book me on a flight leaving the following day (Sunday, April 14th). Due to the error by the Travelers Help Desk rep who handled the ticket purchase, I had to spend the night in San Juan waiting for the flight out the following afternoon.
My hotel bill came to $200.41 and a small dinner sandwich of $12.47. Both my overnight stay in a hotel and one small meal were directly caused by your negligence in completing the ticket purchase properly.
I am asking for reimbursement of the hotel and sandwich for a total of $212.88. If you choose not to pay this amount I will go to the next level. To me it is the principle of what happened and the idea that as a company you feel you can get by without having to pay the consequences of your error. I will fight this to the end. Kennedy John is the last person I spoke with and he told me he was the highest ranking individual in your office. He told me that you would not be able to reimburse my hotel expense nor my meal receipt.
I spoke to a number of individuals this past week. I am most disappointed in Nina as she told me Saturday afternoon (April 13th) that she would send me an email that I could reply to with my hotel and meal receipt. This never happened. She never responded to my phone calls and my request to speak with her throughout this past week. You need to fire this person as soon as possible if you care about the reputation of your company. I expect to receive a reply to this email in the next 48 hours.
My next step is to file complaints with the BBB and with a number of sites on the internet for companies such as yours. You do realize that bad news travels 20 times faster than good news - actually much faster with internet these days. This is not a threat, I will do it!

When I went to the gate to board my flight, I found out that my ticket had been cancelled. Although I had paid for the ticket a week prior, the agent helping me did not actually purchase the ticket so it electronically cancelled. There were seats available but they would not let me on. I spent the night at a hotel and they will not reimburse me.
