Set up a trip to Pigeon Forge and paid 163.85 down for deposit. Cannot get a response back for the travel letter and Itinerary for the trip, they refused to give a refund. In checking the reviews found that they have a great number of complaints for the same issue. There appears to be several scams as well. Trip schedules for March 2nd through 7th.
