Walker tours operates a look-alike site that makes consumers think they are buying tickets from The Louvre directly. I mistakenly bought Louvre tickets from this site. When I realized that this was NOT The Louvre's site, I requested a cancellation and refund -- the Walker people refused, citing their "no cancellations" policy, to which I had agreed because I thought I was dealing with The Louvre directly.

Desired outcome: Desired outcome is cancellation and refund of the price I paid for two tickets on this copy-cat site.
