Adventure Tours review: Tour bus drivers

The lead bus in their convoy was stopped improperly in the active right hand lane. Then it suddenly began moving forward and sharply cut into our lane. On our left was a 6" high median. We were forced to make an instant decision -- get hit by the bus, or take evasive action by driving over the median. We chose to drive over the median, which caused $4700 damage to our car. We contacted Courtney Brown at the company immediately when we were not sure there was any damage, who seemed concerned, helpful and suggested we get an estimate. When the $4700 estimate was presented they began ghosting me, and have even ignored a letter sent to the owner/President. Full details are uploaded. I have since discovered that despite having an operations center in Charlotte NC they are not registered with the state to operate here, nor are they registered with the BBB.
