Destinations By Spinnaker review: Cruise booking

we scheduled our cruise on destinations by spinnaker which included the Free at Sea! Its posted right on the website and I even read the terms apply. It stated that "

This promotion combines a Beverage Package which includes beer, wine, spirits, sodas and more. Also receive a Specialty Dining Package (number of meals varies by sailing length & category booked) and FREE WiFi package (minutes vary by sailing length). This promotion also includes a $50 Shore Excursion credit per port valid when booking excursions through Norwegian.

When we went on NCL to schedule excursions, our 50.00 shore credit was not showing up so thay told us to call who we made our reservation through.

we called spinnaker and they tried to say that the beverage package and specialty dining package had a service charge that we had to pay, which total was 519.00. we had already paid for our cruise and freee at sea.
they wanted me to send them a screen shot, I did.

Now on the website under terms apply, this is showing on there today and it wasn't yesterday when I made my reservation. "Beverage & dining package fees are not included in the current price displayed and may be removed from the offer. Please call to confirm."

Being that I didn't screen shot the terms apply yesterday, they are wanting to charge us 519.00 for the drinks and dining!

How can they get away with this?
