Called Air Canada but somehow the call was intercepted by Trip Front. Once they had my money, We purchased travel to Puerto Vallarta on Feb 1st, returning on Feb 15th. AIRLINE CONFIRMATION MKJBKE. PNR NO: HAOQKT, TRIP FRONT RESERVATION TRI755959. paid in USA FUNDS. Which included advanced seat tickets. with West Jet Airlines direct from Kelowna B.C. TO Puerto Vallarta and return. Seat reservations 17A 17B 18A 18B to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Return seats 6C 7A 7B 7C. A week or two before the flight. The selected seats were missing for our flight. I contacted Trip Front spoke to Mike at [protected], extension 5032, then different seat confirmation was set up for departure. Just assumed the return flight seats would also be available. A few days before the flight, our friends who were travelling with us, said their seats were not confirmed. They purchased departing seat tickets for two seats - total cost of $156.00 USA. Our seats were available, even though the seats were different from our purchases.

Return flight tickets were not available again, so my friends (2 seats) paid $156.00 for additional seats and we spend in the ares of @70.00 for 2 seats. These seats were in addition to our tickets/seats purchased through TRIP FRONT.

I had contact with Mike at Trip Front, on return home. He stated he would check on the problem and get back to me. He or often the [protected], is answered but MIKE WILL NOT RETURN CALLS AND MOST OFTEN WHEN THE PHONE IS ANSWERED, THE LINE IS NOT TRANSFERRED TO MIKE.

THIS COMPANY IS CORRUPT, THEY OWE US IN EXCELL OF 400.00 USA. FOR SEATS WE PAID FOR BUT HAD TO REBOOK OURSELF AND HAD TO PAY AGAIN TO HAVE SEATS GOING & RETURNING HOME
