Transworld Systems I’m not sure because i was never notified of this until today.

I had no prior knowledge of owning money to this company or whoever they are trying to collect a debt that has never showed up on my credit report. On 11/06/2023 at 9:39 a.m. they debited my bank amount for the amount of 233.00. Now I’m negative that amount in my bank. I have stage 4 cancer and i needed that money for some very important bills. How can I get that money refunded? I have no idea where that amount came from. I need help I don’t need an overdrawn account with an amount i have no idea came from.

Desired outcome: I want my money back. I don’t know anyone i or that amount to. This is not right. I don’t even have a job.

Transworld Systems Debt collection

I have a hit on my credit from this company without any prior contact addressed to myself. I cannot find anywhere on their website to file a claim unless I have an account number but I have never had any dealings with them so I do not have an account number. I can't find any email to contact for questions only forms that require an account number to submit. I have received no emails or paper mail addressed to me concerning this debt, so I doubt it's validity.

Desired outcome: Remove the debt from my credit.

Charges in regards to the lien are you are comitting Personage and Identity theft! Along with credit card fraud !Also whatever damage that you have caused better be replaced in good standings!

Transworld Systems scam and garnishment for a bill that was paid in 2019 and will not refund me

TSI sent me a letter about a debt that was disputed and without anymore attempts for my ability to know what the bill was that was being garnished the garnishmemt came out of my next SSI check which was 03-03-2022. I attempted to reach out to them and was informed that Medicaid/ MEDICARE paid a hospital bill from a car wreck in 2019. That is when I contacted the hospital and asked the lady that handle bills and accounts for the reason that my Medicaid was billed for an accident when the bill was paid in full directly to the hospital from alfa insurance.

The administrator which was in the office said they had no knowledge of it being even existent, then she looked again that is when she gave me the date of the accident being in 2019 and also paid in full by Alfa Insurance. I then contacted TSI Transworld System INC.

The guy i spoke with and explained it to was very empathetic and disputed and ask if i would send him proof from the hospital or wherever and as he said he will look into and email me as soon as the information was verified and valid to the garnishments he would send me a case number and he also allowed me to have that case number so that whenever i reached out it would automatically be seen in the notes that its a valid refund request and also the representative who I am speaking will have all the access to the case and its proof of payment in fill by ALFA INSURANCE and the Hospital validating it.

I called to chek the status and now TSI saying that I had to call the treasury because they disputed the matter with Treasury and they have reply back. Also, i informed the guy that I had the case number or claim number that had been provided may two weeks prior to this call for status update.

I stated that I will contact Treasury Department that is on the form and I was told that they dont speak to nor will they even acknowledge any complaint. Then I ended that call and attempted to call the treasure and the lady at the treasury that askedf the case number and I gave it to her and she said that she have no knowledge of any claim for TSI existing and either way i have to wait 30 days then file a dispute against medicare/medicaid.

I call medicaid and they had no knowledge of any such payment ever being made paid by medicare or medicaide.

I then called TSI back and aske them for the debt informationa and again asking the representative from TSI to allow me to have a confimation that i have disputed this fraudelent act and requested a refund and asked him ti verify the fact of my proof sent a couple weeeks before to be deolivereed and he said no then he turned around and said let him double check. I then offered to give him the claim number that was given to me upon confirmation of my documents to be delivered and notated and also the request form a refund.

The new representative was actually attempting to seek confirmation of a dispute being filed by myself and then I was put on a brief hold and he came back to our conversation and told me the Secretary or the Treasury has to approve because they (TSI) has disputed it them and I know its untrue so I asked what was i suppose to do and who did TSI dispute to and the s when i told that only companies are able to contact them and the do deal or take any calls or anything from a payer of a debt or anyone out of the collection agencies but they only thing he can tell me is to wait. I said how long before you all get the answer and he told me its not date just wait and that is all he can say and I asked for a confirmation of the call and the dispute to the Treasury and I was told again that they do not give out claim or confirmation documentation and I was given a number from TSI and when called the answered as if they was a representative from the treasury office so I asked her for a represented id if needed to identify who I am speaking with. Then she tells me that i needed to do so many things but not knowing that those steps was complete and the next thing was that I had to give it 30 days to show up to Medicaid/Medicare and the dispute the claim against them and they will reimburse me.

Now that I attempt to call its hold on and no return and they wouldn't allow me the ability to have any status or information for my refund which was fraudulent activity and also stressful when I am on a fixed income and the falsely garnished by the company.

Desired outcome: Fraudulent act without even considering the dispute sent. Caused extremely stressful emotionally damaging. 13500.00 and not a penny less or word before apologizing.

Tsi debt collection agency is a big scam and also needed to be investigated in a manner to clear any misconduct from assistance of being allowed allowed to garnish by treasury. It is not that easy to be able to manipulate professionals to allow garnishments then act as if they have no knowledge of these claims passing through as ig they are legal, then refusing to have any knowledge of the debt purpose or company associated to the debt collection agency tsi.

Transworld Systems MTA bridges and tunnels debts fraud

Past month, I received letters from Transworld Systems Co, I got calls from Transworld Systems Co, they keep calling me about the Bridges and Tunnels debts I own which was years ago. I sent them a check once, but later I got calls and mails from them again. Funny thing is I don't have car and I don't drive more than 9 years. Is this FRAUD?

Transworld Systems Credit reporting - major derogatory???

My credit accounts are re-acting to your credit report of a Major Derogatory item.

I have seen a screen showing an account that seems paid at $97 for a long string of months, then abruptly stops. It is indicated as a Major Derogatory item.

I do not know what this account may be, and I am challenging your information.

I can not find an account of mine this this payment history.

The report that I have does not indicate any information for this vendor.

Desired outcome: I want an electronic detail of this report, andI would like a retraction/dismissal of the above derogatory and publishment of the new report.

Transworld Systems False credit reporting

I checked my TransUnion and Equifax reports via login to CreditKarma.com. An old debt to National Grid from 2018 was showing. It was $456.02. I had moved and didn't know I had been billed. The name, address and telephone number showing on Equifax for the debt collector is:

I called that number and I immediately got the message that the call was being recorded. I said I wanted to pay the National Grid overdue bill in full. They asked for all of my personal identifying information: name, address, telephone number, social security number, date of birth and debit card number. Each time I gave a piece of identifying information, they repeated it and asked me to say "OK". This OK was being recorded because at one point I thought the guy - who sounded foreign - said something incorrectly and he had me repeat the "OK". After getting my debit card number. he said the system was slow and he had to put me on hold. Each time I was put on hold, I heard a different recorded ad which said that I was now subscribed to a service I did not want.

The first subscription I did not want was for Privacy Lockdown for which my card was charged $1.95 for 14 days, and then a monthly subscription of $19.95.

After that first recorded ad, I was very annoyed and I told the man that I did NOT ask for that subscription. I only wanted to pay my old National Grid bill. He said "Everybody freaks out, but don't freak out. You are not subscribed!"

He put me on hold again, and I got another recorded ad that said I was now subscribed to 1 Per Place at $1.95 for 14 days and then $19.95 per month. He came back on the line and I said "I just want to pay my National Grid bill!" He told me to hold on that it was going to be paid.

Of course I was already suspicious, but the contact information was showing on my Equifax credit report on the CreditKarma.com website that I logged into. How could this be a scam? My gut said it was, but I hung in there. I wanted to pay off National Grid and I knew that I could have these subscription charges reversed.

I was placed on hold two more times. Body Shapers on Demand (who actually sent me a welcome email!) for $4.95 for 14 days, then $59.95 per month, and Savings Central for $1.95 for the 14 day trial, then $19.95 per month.

At the end he said it was all done, and I asked where is the confirmation that I paid the National Grid bill? He gave me the confirmation number [protected], and then said here's an ad-supported customer service number to call [protected].

I immediately searched for the TSI payment portal and from there found a direct number to them, [protected]. They had not received payment for my old National Grid bill! I paid the bill on July 13, 2021, and saw the charge on my card. The people at this TSI number told me that my National Grid bill was now paid and it would show as paid on my credit report.

At least I had proof that I paid. I thought this was enough and it would come off my report.

I cancelled all the subscriptions charged to my card, then the following day received a notification from Credit Karma that there had been an update to my credit report.

This TransWorld Systems I updated my credit report to show that the National Grid bill was a new debt in collections, opened as of July 14, 2021. This is patently false. National Grid shows this bill is paid and so does TSI, the official debt collector for National Grid.

This company has direct access to my credit report and is actively damaging my credit rating. I don't know if they are actually sales agents for TSI. What I know is that they are able to update my credit report at will and do damage to my rating.

Transworld Systems Calling daily, weekly, monthly collecting any information or debt.

They call frequently still, we have seen many complaints fishing us for any information on regards to debt or any information about ourselves. It gives us another name and number to call. We get a kelly may.

It is an automated system, no real people to deal with.

Transworld Systems their billing's are insane.

I went to the CVS Medical clinic a few months ago & since then I have been receiving bills from this Transworld & all with different amounts stated as past due? And when I called CVS Medical at 866-389-2727 about a payment I sent which cleared my bank acct. 3 weeks prior they showed no record of it?

Transworld Systems trying to collect debt ( I have none)

This company continually calls me and I block them. They change a digit and today my child handed me the phone and the number was [protected] "akron, ohio". Yesterday it was [protected] and prior numbers are [protected] and [protected] "los angeles"
They kept asking for me by name and said it was to collect a debt. I said i would take a message for (myself) as I am not in any collections. I asked why they continually call me and the woman got very angry and annoyed and kept insisting "you let me talk to ____________(my name)". I said I was her secretary and needed her name and company and told her she was blocked and this number was on the do not call registry. She said her name was Rose Mejia with Transworld Systems Incorporated.
The call times are various and can be provided.

Transworld Systems AAFES/Transworld Systems INC Took all of my $5000+ Tax Refund

I became behind on my Military Star Card when my Fiancé got discharged from the military and I lost my job due to being laid off in March 2015. I was notified after filing my taxes in January 2016 that they would be taking all 5000 of my federal tax refund dollars. After contacting the Treasury office, they told me that the only people who can stop this is the creditor themselves. I reached out to the creditor twice trying to make arrangements as well as file for a hardship. They insisted that they couldn't help or withdraw the information from the debt until its paid. Basically telling me they can and will take all the money they can. They also told me that filing for a hardship would take about 30-45 days. When i requested to speak to a supervisor i was placed on hold by two different agents many times. I was given a non-working number and told to call the supervisor and leave my name and number, and they will get back to me as soon as possible within 24 hours. The number I was given for the supervisor is [protected]. I explained my hardship of not being able to pay my rent or utilities, as well as having two children. They didn't care and said sorry this is your debt and we will do what is needed to collect but if you like you can set up a payment plan for the remainder of the balance after we take the refund. How am I to pay that money if I cannot even pay my normal bills due to them taking my refund.

I have never received an intent to offset from this company, if that was the case I wouldn't of filed my taxes this year until it was resolved. I haven't lived at that address in over a year but my mail is forwarded and I still didn't receive anything. I have even updated my address with the company and was on a payment plan and made payments up until march 2015 when I was laid off. To which I contacted them about a hardship, and they told me there is nothing they could do to help. How is it that you say you sent it to collections in January but payments were still being made on the account as the payment arrangement requested until March. I am a single mother whom relies on this tax refund to get my family by with a roof over our head and electricity and water as well as food. I cannot provide that if its taken from me as explained. AAFES didn't assist or help me they referred me to the collection agency telling me that they were the only ones whom could help. When speaking to the collection agency they did nothing but give false information about whom to contact about this issue, non working numbers. After being referred to the Treasury office twice they said that the collection agency is the only one who can stop the offset as they are just information based. After speaking to the collection agency yet again and being placed on hold many times I was told I could file for a hardship that would take 30-45 days but that that wouldn't stop them from taking my refund. And they wouldn't return it if i was approved for the hardship they would just help me pay back the remaining balance. With them taking this they are forcing me into bankruptcy, as they have take them money needed to keep my family a float. AAFES also didn't address my issues on my refund, nor were they willing to do anything or come to any agreement. Might I also add that they claim to have sent the intent to offset in January of 2015, but funny thing is I filed my taxes in April right before the deadline, as I had not received the intent to offset as claimed and was able to get my full tax refund. This company will not work with any veterans or their families, all they care about is their money . It doesn't matter if people become homeless because of their actions. I have attached the most recent correspondence from this company. If they were in fact going to take my tax refund this year why would this letter dated January 31st, 2016 state "If you have an income tax refund, perhaps you can use the proceeds to pay this account." Which is giving me the option to use the proceeds to pay, instead of knowing they were going to get my refund already and leaving that part out.

They claim to have sent notice of the offset in January of 2015 due to them saying I didn't have a payment plan in place, I never received anything or any notice to offset. And I was also on a payment plan of $200 a month at the time up until march 2015 when my payments fell behind and they would no longer work with me due to my job laying me off at the end of March.

After contacting this company repeatedly, and them either hanging up on me or giving me false information as to whom i can contact to help me resolve this issue. I am coming here for help. I was basically told after weeks and weeks of trying to contact this company that they will not give any part of the refund of 5377 that they took from my taxes even if I am in a hardship. They claim that the hardship would only help pay the remaining balance after they collected all of my refund that I desperately need to keep my family a float. After lying to me and telling me that they would help and do what they could after speaking to the higher ups they avoided my calls and when I did finally get a hold of them they claimed sorry there is nothing that they can do and I would be on my own and sorry for any inconvenience. This is not acceptable or even fair! I needed that money to pay rent, my lights and water so they don't get shut off as well as food for my children and these people just don't care at all!

Transworld Systems Illegal Charges

In June of 2012, I reached out to AAFES to attempt to pay off a military star card, not knowing it already went to collections. They informed me there is nothing they can do, and that I must contact Transworld Systems, Inc. When I contacted them I had to pay over $2000.00 just to get the payments within my budget. In December of 2014, I received a wage garnishment letter from Transworld. When I called, again they told me I must pay $2000.00 in order to stop the wage garnishment.
I sent a letter requesting the validation of the debt, I know I did not charge over $3000 on the card, the limit was not that high! In Texas, 3rd party debt collectors are required to file a bond with the Secretary of State, this is a free charge. I could not find them in the system, so I also requested that info. Here's what happened:
They filed the bond the day after they received my certified letter.
I received a letter back with the following break-down:
Principal: $1, 317.77
Interest: $672.08
Collection Charge: $528.95
Total Balance: $2, 518.80
The original letter I received in December states that I owed: $3, 329.32
What does this mean:
1. There is no explanation of why the debt went from $3, 329.32 to $2, 518.80. ($809.52 difference)
2. 15 USC 1692f 808(1), 31 USC 3711g (6), and Texas Finance Code Ch 392 Sec. 303 all state that they cannot legally charge the $528.95 collection charge.
3. Now with the balance of $1, 3717.77+672.08(interest)=$1, 989.85, less than what they wanted lump sum to start a payment arrangement.

So... they attempted to collect a total of $1, 338.47 illegally from us. If they attempted to do this to us, how many other veterans were taken advantage of? If they did this to 10, 000 veterans, that is $13, 384, 700 they illegally profited off of.

I am reaching out to other vets that have been contacted by this company. I want to put together an investigation in regards to ending this contract and getting you your money back! We all work too hard to have it stolen from us!

Transworld Systems Wrong date

Transworld Systems Inc. sent a letter dated 14 days before the letter received. The letter was addressed correctly and the letter was not damaged. I doubt that USPS took 14 days and believe that they use a false date on collection notices. I owe them nothing. The company, that passed the debt to Transworld Systems Inc as if we owed money, had billed the wrong party. This has been cleared up. However, if anyone else has a false date used and I can help you prove it --- please add a comment. I imagine the Transworld uses it to add fees or escalate earlier.

Transworld Systems Harrassing calls with no information

We have received over 40 calls from this company in the last two months. It is our policy not to answer if we do not recognize the incoming # or party. Finally, thinking the calls were solicitors, I called back. The man who answered did not identify himself by name, used the company name, Transworld Systems, then launched into a rant asking why my husband & I did not answer calls. It took a while to learn that he was attempting to collect for two bills we never received. The company was sending invoices to an address from 3-1/2 years ago, even though they have our current phone & address on file from sending out the last two years of our tax returns. We paid up immediately, in person, to the tax preparer. Transworld Systems is still calling. Their collector was extremely rude, abrasive and accusatory. When asked why they could not leave a message stating the nature of the call, he replied that they never leave messages. Apparently, they don't send anything in the mail, either. Since the collection agency has our current phone #, it isn't a big stretch to look up the address; it is listed.

This Company, Trans world Systems has been calling me everyday on my home # and Cell #. I asked what this was in reference to, the woman keep telling me that, "this call will be recorded". I hung up on her. If this is the way they try to collect by phone, they should hire people that are not rude and abrasive.
I don't owe any company, or medical anything!
They had all my information, and insisted that I be recorded before being told what this was about.
I don't know whether this is a scam or not, but I don't give out any information without being told what the reason is for the call.
I have read all the complains about similar phone calls. If I were a business I would not pay this co. to collect for debts that are not owe!

Transworld Systems I just know that is not what they say when recruited

They tell you that its a need and that it works, for what I saw, no way the "district Manager" earns what they say... that for sure... incredible rotation on their sales people. You have to get a big company, like a lottery in order to earn at least respectable income. Just be carefull because its just not what it seems.

Some of these district manager are uneducated much less to be espectable leaders, their convention in Las Vegas, was in one of the older Hotels downtown, if is such a great company I think they can afford a better accomodations, of course you pay for it any way.

Transworld Systems Do not use this company

I met with a transworld rep, Brian White to be exact about opening an account today. I meet with several reps a month for different services as a dentist. This was the worst meeting that I have ever had with a sales rep. He was rude, condescending and beligerate. He made statements about he does not do the dont call me I'll call you line when I said I have to check his company's references. Then he went on to say that his meetings run with the dr either doing it or not. I would never consider opening an account with them if this was how they do business. I would not have any patients left! Do not use this company I surely will not!

No paperwork was sent, no email was ever sent like AKA Yvonne said now I have harassing phone calls after I worked so hard to make repairs to my existing loan and even agreed to pay them still no follow up papers sent they don't play fair with their word and stick to what they say they will do for you for school loan program. seeking a lawyer now

That is how they do business. They sued me (Monterey) for $250 in Rohnert Park with some hack lawyer named Anthony "Give Boys" Head. Wasn't worth traveling 200 miles to fight. They got judgment, had local sheriff enforce it. I'm glad their reputation is being exposed here and all over the internet. They never pursued true deadbeats with such aggressiveness.

Transworld Systems Collection Agency

A year ago I was having a major issue with patients not paying their bills. No matter how nice we were and how hard we tried to work with our patients at the end of the day they were just not paying us. It was so bad that I was having a hard time paying my employees and was at the point of laying off some of my staff.

A gentlemen from Transworld Systems came in and talked to me about they would be able to help me. I was very reluctant to use their service. When I went to the different websites complaining about Transworld I had decided against using their service. I ended up explaining this to the Charlotte salesrep and he simply said to me " don't believe everything you read on the internet, simply test us and make up your own mind."

I needed help so badly so I decided to give them a try. One of the best business decisions I have ever made in my life. They did an amazing job helping us receive our money from our patients. I never heard a single complaint from my patients which was amazing to me.

So for all of you complaining about Transworld I would simply say " don't believe everything you read on the internet. Give them a try and make your own decision."
