Transdirectwrong delivery and charges

In 14/05/2019 I booked a parcel to go to kable auto but made a mistake instead of K I typed C and realised after printing the lable, I cancelled it and recived a confirmation email and was refunded then I rebooked with correct name on it.
The cancelled booking was with Alied Express and new booking was with TNT booking number 7925860 and it was picked by TNT no problem there all good but the problem is despite it was cancelled and refunded, the next day Alied Express picked up another parcel with Fastway lable on it which was booked to go to Middle Ridge QLD (we did not have any other booking for Alied Express) and created huge problem for us, Fastway driver came twice looking for it as we have a designated pick up area, every driver comes and pick up their parcel I cancelled that one 4 days later

I rang trasdirect 2 days later to find out but the guy kept insisting why we handed it to Alied driver I told him that I was not in the office and tried to explain that we have a designated area and job was cancelled the day befors so we were not expecting that to happen but he said he has to charge me for the delivery as he can see the pacel is on the way and it has been scanned I told him there is a fasway lable with different address on it how they do it but he did not accepf and deducted the money instead of helping me he made it worse, as I think it was easier for him to charge rather than finding it out
Now look what happned: I had to refund the unhappy customer resulted loosing sale and customer
I was charged for wrong delivery and also had to book and pay to return it as you can see in our account history
If there was miscommunication between transdirect and courier company or it was not cancelled properly i am not responsible for it I have done everyting right but was unfairly treated while talking on the phone

I would like to request an investigation and compensation as I have been unfairly charged despite doing every thing right I lost the sell and customer and had to pay return freight as well
I am extremely upset about this issue and I am taking it very seriously it is 3:27 am at night while everybody is sleep I am uncomfortable and upset and can not sleep writing for you and hope to get it solved in a fair and proper way
