Township review: Lost my game of 2 1/2 years

I have been playing Township for about 2 1/2 years now. I never got a friendship code because I downloaded it directly from Microsoft. Playing the game has been fine and am currently up to Level 97. (I think. I recently was able to plant lavender.) About 2 1/2 weeks ago, my ferret spilled chocolate milk on my laptop. I thought I caught it and cleaned it up in time, but I did not. The motherboard did not make it. I ended up having to purchase a new laptop, but I was able to get the same exact model as the chocolate milk laptop. I got my solitaire games back up and running, and from what I read online, I would need to get to level 5 to be able to get back to my level 97 game. I got to level 5, but the option to get back to my level 97 game never came up. I have put multiple requests for help in, but with no response. (The last one was 3 days ago to the support email.) I wish I could get back to the chocolate milk laptop to get whatever code they need to switch it to the new laptop, but I can not. At this point in time, if I can't get back to the level 97 game, I'll just delete the whole thing. This game does help me to relax after my stressful days working in the accounting department, but trying to get the game back is causing more stress instead.
