Top Tier Solar Solutions review: Instillation of batteries

I purchased battery reserves in March of 2026. The installers showed up on April 22. Not only did the leave a mess they also rendered my existing solar panels nonoperational. I was told that another crew would be out in a couple of days. I had to call after no one showed up in a week. Came to find out the installers said my job was compleat. I had a guy come out and verified it was not. I finally got an appointment on July 31 and it was canceled @9:30 the day of. I then had to reschedule to October 1st. I now have been given the feeling that no one is going to show up. The phone number for the project manager (Rayan Benjamin) is going to an answering service. The communication with this company is severely lacking. I was also told I would receive composition for the monthly payments I have made since my system was made nonoperational in April. I have yet to receive any payment or indication that the company is going to honor that agreement. I feel that this company is nothing but a scam.
