Top Tier Solar Solutions review: Waste of time

My husband and I signed a contract on August 8 to purchase a solar battery. On August 10, a project manager named Morgan reached out for some documents which I provided. She said the next step would be to get permits and licenses from our city. On August 21, I reached out to her via Text with no response. I tried to call and it said the number was not in service. They only give you 3 days to cancel. Today, I tried to reach out to customer service and after 20 minutes of it saying how many callers were ahead of me, I had to leave a message. I also tried Morgan's number and got a message that no one was available, leave a message. I will be sending them a certified letter to cancel the contract even if it has been 6 weeks and depending on their response, my next step will be contacting a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau. Also, when you try to go to their website, it says Page Not Found. Don't waste your time with this company! Also, our sales rep is no longer with the company and when I reached out to him, he said the company is imploding and had over 300+ complaints and lawsuits.
