Odin Energy hasn't reached out to me yet about my issue. They even put it on collections when nothing has been sorted out yet. What's up with that? Not impressed with this company.

Odin Energy is dope! They hooked us up with some sweet insulation and duct sealing for a great price. *** was super helpful and got us scheduled for installation in just a week. Can't wait to see the savings on our power bill!

I gotta say, my time with Odin Energy was pretty sweet. This dude named *** helped me out and he knew his stuff. He hooked me up with what I needed for my crib and even gave me some tips on my solar energy situation. His chill vibe and friendly attitude made me feel at ease. Overall, a great experience.

Odin did a great job installing my solar system. They kept me informed about the processes and how it all works. They replaced all the roof tiles that was broken or crack and clean up. The system is working great and is saving me money. I would highly recommend odin for your solar system. I feel that not only they are a great business to deal with, but that they truly care about the people they deal with. The reason I went with oden is they went over the pros and cons of the system. Josh never put no pressure to buy their system. Josh followed up on every phase of the project.

Odin Energy is the real deal! They don't push you to buy anything and they talk to you like a normal person. *** helped me figure out what I needed for my attic insulation and gave me a quote for R49. The price was totally fair. The team that came to install it was fast and efficient. Everyone I talked to on the phone was really nice and helpful too. *** was great at helping me figure out what I needed. I'm still thinking about getting my air ducts sealed. The installers were awesome too. Thanks Odin for taking care of me and not charging me too much!

I had a bad experience with ODIN energy. The person who sold us the solar panels was not honest. They told us we would get a big tax return, but that was not true. They also said they would install their own electric panel and change all our outlets and lights to smart ones, but they only gave us 6 bulbs. When we complained, the company said they couldn't do anything because it wasn't in the contract. I don't recommend this company at all. It's frustrating how they play with people's feelings. Don't trust ODIN energy.

Odin Energy is a great solar company that I highly recommend. They installed solar panels on my roof and it was a breeze. The panels are working great and I'm saving a lot of money on my energy bills. The customer service was also top-notch. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. I had a small issue with the installation, but they quickly fixed it. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Odin Energy. If you're looking for a reliable solar company, look no further than Odin Energy.

Odin Energy did my attic insulation in AZ, 2200 sq ft. The installers came on time and started working. We had a problem with a wall that had no access to the remaining 600 sq ft, so we had to cut an access point. I called Trevor and he said he would take care of it and we would have what we agreed upon by the end of the day. Trevor is a good sales rep who talks to you directly on the phone. He helped me feel better and the job was done as agreed upon. The installers were very professional and helpful, and they cleaned up after the job was done. I don't usually recommend companies, but if you need insulation, call Odin Energy first.

I started with Odin a few months back and it took a while to get the city permits. But once that was done, Odin scheduled my install and they did a great job with the solar panels and inverter box. The products were top-notch and the service was exceptional. The installers came early and finished quicker than I thought. My sales rep, Trevor, came by to check on the install and made sure everything was going well. While waiting for the city inspections, Odin did all the home efficiency installation. The Aeroseal process found a big problem with my ductwork that was leaking a lot of conditioned air through old ducts used by my swamp cooler that was removed years ago. The service guys were friendly and did a fantastic job in about 4 hours. They made sure everything was cleaned up and walked me through everything they did. I'm truly impressed with the service I've received from Odin.

I never wrote a review before, but I gotta say something about Odin Energy. I talked to Ken Cheng, the boss man in Las Vegas, and he tried to sell me some solar panels for $90,000! I was like, "nah, I'm good." But then he said the government would give me 30% cash back, which I could use for my pool or to pay off my loan. He even wrote it down on a yellow pad. But guess what? The IRS ain't giving me no cash back! My accountant said it's just a credit for taxes and it might not even last. And get this, they said the panels were covered for 25 years, but my contract only says 10 years for the roof. I wouldn't mess with these guys and their fake promises. I'm sorry I ever did business with them. And when I tried to call Ken to complain, he didn't even answer me.

I had some trouble with Odin Energy. When I got back from vacay on July 26, I saw a leak in my bedroom that's right under the solar panels. I called a roofer and they said the leak was from one of the bolts that Odin Energy used to put up the panels. I tried to get in touch with Odin Energy a bunch of times, but they didn't help me at all. They kept saying that the installation wasn't the problem, even though they didn't even come to check it out themselves. They wouldn't even take down the panels so I could pay someone to fix the damage. It's been 3 months and my roof is still messed up and there's a hole showing the damage under the panels.

I had a problem with my air conditioning vent not blowing air, so I called Odin Energy because they had good reviews. The sales guy came and said they could seal the whole system to fix the problem. I paid $*** for the service, but the vent still doesn't blow air. The salesman said it would take 2 1/2 hours, but it took 7 hours on day one. The next day, we noticed the air still wasn't blowing from that vent. The salesman, *** came out the next 2 Mondays in a row to try to fix it. My son also came out both those Mondays. *** said he ordered a special stick that can see in the vent, but we never heard from him again. Then I was sent to collections. I called repeatedly and was told an investigation was taking place, but they never called back. I talked to ***, and he sent out a field manager who just stood in the living room and never looked under the house or anything. He said they weren't responsible for registers, which is also the vent. So the vent I pointed to and asked them to fix is not something they do, yet they still want ***. If they had said they weren't responsible, we would have gone elsewhere. I'm 82 with macular degeneration, and I signed a contract I couldn't read, trusting that the salesman was truly trying to fix the situation. We had *** come out and look at it, and they said they could replace our whole duct system and registers for $1,600. They were the ones that told us we were taken advantage of. The vent still doesn't work.

Me and my wife reached out to Helio Sun in July , after a seminar from a solar advocate. We talked to Kaleb and *** from their sales team about getting rid of our APS bills with solar offsets. They did a site survey and said their product would offset solar power usage, except for APS taxes and admin fee of about $25 monthly. They took our specs to their office and used our June usage to determine we needed 13 panels for our *** sq. ft. home. I asked if that was enough, as most houses in our neighborhood have 18 to 35 panels, but they said 13 should be enough. Our APS bills were low from January to April , but then they started to rise. We added curtains and solar sun screen to help keep the house cool, but it didn't help. I contacted Arcadia Solar, who did the install, and they said they followed Helio Sun's schematic. I've contacted Helio Sun multiple times to resolve the issue, but they keep putting it off. The owner, ***, says our usage escalated, but their surveyors only took into account one month of summer heat. I checked APS' website and they recommend 15 panels on the south roof of our house (we have 13) and 2 panels on the Northwest side of our roof (we have none). We didn't get what we paid for and have been trying to get it resolved for over a year now.
