Top Tier Kitchens & Baths did a great job on my kitchen remodel. They were very helpful in the design process and made sure everything was to my liking. The installation process went smoothly, even with the unexpected issues that come with an old house. Ryan, the installer, was very careful and made sure everything was perfect. He even cleaned up after himself and put his tools away. I am very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Top Tier Kitchens & Baths.

We saw a TV ad for Jacuzzi and got in touch with them. They sent us to Top Tier Kitchen and Bath. We met with a sales guy to talk about getting a walk-in shower. Top Tier said they could help us get a grant from the VA, but that's not true. They're not following the right rules. The ad also said we'd get a discount and an upgrade, but the sales guy said it would only take one day to do the work, even though the contract said 16 hours. We think Top Tier is lying about the grant stuff and needs to learn how to do it right. The VA has a process for this and Top Tier needs to follow it. It's good they do the paperwork, but they need to do it the right way.
