Tomtop Grouplemfo lem7 smartwatch

I purchased a Lemfo Lem 7 smartwatch from TomTop June 21, 2018. The watch arrived on July 6 2018 and was fine the first week of use then the problems began, first it started heating up, discharging even when on the charging block, and the power button stopped working. I reset the watch and it has not worked correctly since. I contacted customer service on July 27 2018 after several additional contacts and meeting requests that were asked by TomTop.
After a few weeks of getting the runaround I requested either a replacement of refund -- I was denied a replacement watch or refund.

Currently have a worthless defective $135.00 watch.
