Togo's Eateries – Poor interaction with server

Hello, When Ordering the Lady didn't listen to me and when I repeated my order to her she was very abusive and loud toward me.
I just tried to order the Full Asian Salad and she kept on correcting me when in fact I didn't want what she kept saying.
Finally I got the salad, but it was short of what I normally get at other togos.
She was disrespectful and loud toward me, I didn't see her name but she was an Hispanic younger woman.
I will not visit places like this ever again, I had my little son with me and he saw that bad behavior too.
I was short changed in food ordered. Plus the pay system gave her a tip of $1.84 when I didn't want to give her a tip for her action but she got it anyway.
Bad day at Togos not sure what happened at this location.
