I was really disappointment with my visit at this location. The manager was being a total jerk, and the person making my sandwich was new so the manager was constantly asking if the person was making the sandwich right. The person that helped me didn't want to make my pastrami warmer per my request and said it was already warm. And the manager told that it's not a endless combo so he made the guy cut 1/2 of the sandwich away instead of just giving it to me. My salad leaves are old and it took him 20 min to make 2 sandwiches. People were coming in and out of the place and I was still there waiting for my sandwiches. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I ordered an Asian chicken salad yesterday & this morning I'm reaping the consequence of it? I don't know if the chicken was bad or the salad dressing was old but it's been 45 min & I'm still in the bathroom? it's unacceptable to give ppl bad food! Food poisoning is no jk! My family will no longer eat at togo's! Sad because it was our Monday lunch every week but I don't want my children feeling the way I do right now ? the manager should get fired because they should be on top of these kinds of things! If you can't do the job correctly get a different job because ppl that them get ppl like me sick & it's unacceptable
