Don't even bother to go through their refund process. The only way to get your money back is to dispute it with your credit card company. They want you to use PayPal because PayPal normally sides with the merchant.
They have now used domain privacy so you can't tell who owns the company, and have switched their nameservers, so you can't tell they are in China, but they are. If they are that sneaky and deceptive on their website, what do you think they will do with your money?

The Chinese are well known for being bullies when it comes to taking your money. I was suspicious that TMART was Chinese so I checked to see where they are from and lo and behold! Thanks for your website.You confirmed my suspicions. I am tired of stuff made in China because it's either counterfeit, cheap or broken.!t is better to shop in a local store or in other countries like Italy, Canada, Greece, etc. .It may cost more money but you are getting a far superior product than anything "made in China". Also, It's getting easier to spot a Chinese website just by the wording and advertisements. Lastly, try to stay away from any food imported from China. I know you're thinking that is impossible but not really, once you get angry enough it'll be quite easy. They do not follow any health regulations and can counterfeit everything from frozen peas to cabbage and even use poor animals that were probably skinned alive and tortured in everything from chicken nuggets to spare ribs. Believe me, it's worth the sacrifice and you will sleep better at night.. I have nothing personally against individual Chinese people. However, when it comes to honor and respect for their fellow man and animals it really sucks.
this was my first time ordering from t mart, and what a big mistake. i ordered a wltoys power star x1 radio controled 6 channel helicopter. when i received it, it was defective. i contacted t mart through email, because that's the only way you can contact them. should be a number you can call for customer service, but there is not. the man named "cimier" has give me the run around. glad that i didn't send it back after reading all these complaint's. they would have my heli and my money. i am going to put in a complaint with my card company. i will never order from t mart again...!
I purchased a Yongnuo600EX RT flash from TMart. The unit overheats and doesn't work. Despite raising the complaint within the 180 day warranty period, they say "out of warranty - you fix on your side", which translated to english means "Bugger off! we don't honor warranties!" I have raised the mattter with PayPalunder their buyer protection scheme. I'll keep you informed but I'm not holding out much hope on getting a refund of over A$200
I only saw these negative comments after placing my order and am now getting really worried. I place my order a week ago and everything seems to be on track. I even received an email saying that my item was shipped. Has anyone ordered hair from them?
I usually shop on tmart. But this time ive had the worst experience. I ordered a product for christmas on dec 10th and it is now January 23rd. There policy is in 45 days no product you get a refund. There customer service was horrible and they now ignore me. i will be contacting my bank about this issue today! Worst experience ever tmart.
Their customer service is TERRIBLE! I have spent 2 weeks trying to get a RMA# to return something so I can get my money back. Still no RMA#. I just received and order that showed up broken. I sent a photo and explained the situation and they are asking me for an explanation. The picture shows it's broke. What more of an explanation can I give you? There is no phone# to talk to anyone and it takes them a day to reply to an email. The online chat is worthless too. No one has ever replied.
It has been over 2 weeks since I placed an order. When I go to check the status of it their website tells me... "Sorry, since you have chosen the shipping way of no tracking number at placing an order, we can’t get your logistics information. Please switch to for the check." I don't even know what that means for sure, I only assume that it means since I didn't pay extra to ship it expedited that I am S.O.L. I have not received my order, but they keep sending me e-mails advertising more products that I can purchase. I plan to dispute my payment through PAYPAL if it does not arrive this week. Thanks for drawing my attention to their obvious customer problems.
My name is Andrew Russell and a week ago i purchased a case from T-mart.com have since heard absolutely nothing. I have repeatedly checked for my logistics information in hopes that my case would have been shipped and could be tracked. Sadly, however, no logistic information is available and has probably not been shipped. Although it is only a $1 purchase, the principle is that i purchased an item and have yet to received an email about it except that they took my money, obviously.I just want some answers and hopefully a peace of mind. Stay away from Tmart.com, they don't deliver, they take your money and in some reviews I read that TMART uses your credit card information to defraud you. I was lucky and I used PAYPAL payment. I WILL NEVER USE TMART.COM. and I sure do not recommend it and certainly DON'T expect a refund from TMART

All the good feedbacks must be written by you and your employees.
The item came in pieces. Screws removed from the insides. The case was in two parts, the box was damaged and it was shipped in a USPS plastic container. Did their only contact method (company email from their website) and haven't received a reply after a week. Bad customer service and very poor quality items.
