Tires Plus Total Car Care review: “oil change negligence caused damage – poor accountability at tamarac tires plus”

I had a very disappointing experience at Tires Plus Tamarac (6480 W Commercial Blvd). On Sept 14, 2025, I came in for a routine oil change and a low beam bulb replacement. The advisor Marcos told me the bulb was not in stock, so only the oil change was done.

Just seven days later, my coolant light came on, and diagnostics revealed an oil leak caused by a damaged housing filter—likely mishandled during service. The manager, David, oversaw an inspection; one technician confirmed the issue, but another tried to blame “gasket valves.” This caused extra costs, inconvenience, and safety concerns.

I cannot recommend this location until they take full responsibility and improve their service.
