Richard, the Manager, kept me waiting 3 1/2 hours and wanted to repair or replace several parts of my truck. I just wanted 4 new tires installed plus Alignment and balancing. After driving home a few blocks, rested while it rained. When I went to my church for our mini choir rehearsal, my truck began to worn of sensors not functioning, AC went on and off, turn signals not working.
Next day I took truck to my usual mechanic. He said to go to Ford dealership to get info from their Computer. My truck’s passenger rear light cover was full of water. Their estimate of new parts needed was close to $3,000 but both tail lights were damaged as well as bumper.
Total cost of repair was $7,055.81 from State Farm and $500 deductible from me.
