Tidal is committing fraud and has stolen money from me since I cancelled service on 05/02/2024
I was charged $12.48 by Tidal every month since I cancelled on 05/02/2024. I have a confirmation email of my cancellation on 05/02/2024 sent to my email and never received another email about my service being reactivated at any point. Tidal has been billing me fraudulently stealing money from me not acknowledging my cancellation on 05/02/2024 and THIS IS THEFT! I will be filing complaints everywhere online and filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission.
I was fraudulenty charged by Tidal even after I cancelled my subscription on the following dates:
05/23/2024, 06/22/2024, 07/22/2024,08/21/2024,09/20/2024,10/20/2024,11/19/2024,12/19/2024,01/18/2025,02/17/2025,03/19/2025,04/18/2025,05/18/2025,06/17/2025
