i am so pissed off right now. i have sent multiple emails and messages on their website, but no one ever responds. i even tried calling their phone number, but it just goes straight to voicemail. i don't know what to do at this point. i just want my money back or my damn albums. this is ridiculous. i would not recommend anyone to order from kpop arizona. they have terrible customer service and do not care about their customers at all. save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I ordered an album from Kpop Arizona in October, but I still haven't received it. I emailed them about it, but they haven't responded yet. It's been 5 months now, and I'm starting to get frustrated. Their customer service email is terrible.

I waited for more than a year for my stuff from Kpop Arizona, but I never got it. They won't even reply when I ask for my money back. They took $70 from me and that's just not right. This is a bad business and it's a shame that people still support them.

Kpop Arizona is not good at all! Their customer service is terrible. They are a bunch of scammers. I ordered something in January, but I still haven't received anything. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. This is ridiculous! They should be shut down right away!

I bought a mag from Kpop Arizona, paid for it, but never got it. I bought it on April 14. ORDER #KA6597, VOGUE BTS 2020-08 1 $24.94 USD. I emailed them a lot for help, but still no refund or mag. It's now October 26, and I still don't have it! This biz is bad and needs to be sued.

I wish I could give no stars. Me and my fam have bought from this company a lot and then they just stopped shipping stuff. We're still waiting on like $700 worth of stuff we ordered over a year ago. But they still have events all the time. They're so unprofessional, like little kids. They're super young and shouldn't be trying to run a business like this.

They're not honest about what they have in stock. They put up things for sale that they don't actually have. If you buy it, they won't tell you that they don't have it, they'll just never send it and hope you forget about it. They don't reply to emails so you have to go to their social media to get in touch. Just sending a DM won't work, you have to leave a public comment for them to answer you. If you say you want to cancel, they'll only give you some of your money back even though they never had what you ordered. I wish I did more research before buying anything from here. Look at their comments on Instagram and you'll see what I mean and check out their Facebook reviews. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered a painting from this store, but I haven't received it yet. I didn't see any negative reviews at the time, but maybe they deleted them. I recently emailed them about it, but they haven't responded. My sister has been trying to contact them for almost six months, but their phone number is disconnected now. I don't think I'll ever get my money back or my item. They have events, but I don't think I'll attend any because they don't have good customer service and they're a scam. Don't order from them!

Me and my 2 daughters spent over $500 on KPOP Arizona, but when the boxes arrived 2 months later, some items were missing. No sorry or out of stock labels were included. Each box was missing 1-3 items. I emailed them, but no response. It's been 2 weeks and still nothing. So frustrating! I resent emails, but still nothing. They don't seem to care about customer service. I won't recommend or buy from them again. All 3 of us are disappointed. They owe us $300. I might take them to court. Beware, they don't care about pleasing you. They won't last long with this kind of service.

Not good! Don't bother ordering from Kpop Arizona, because you might not even get your stuff. My friend ordered an album in August , but never got it. They said they just got the albums and would ship it soon, but that was three months ago. They won't answer emails or social media messages, but they keep posting. People only get a response if they call them out in the comments. My friend doesn't even want the album anymore, just her money back. I had two packages arrive damaged and late, with the albums all crammed together with only one layer of bubble wrap. I didn't bother contacting them about it. This company is not professional or trustworthy. I wouldn't buy from them again even if you paid me.

Don't buy from kpoparizona.com. I ordered merch that was supposed to be in stock, but they never answered my questions about it. They didn't respond to my emails or Instagram comments. I found out that they scammed other people too. They finally refunded me, but they charged a restocking fee even though they never had the items in stock. They have poor communication and customer service. Don't waste your money here.

Kpop Arizona hasnt shipped my stuff and took my cash. I messaged them many times but they haven't hit me back with any updates on my stuff.

I bought stuff from Kpop Arizona on 02/28 but I still haven't got them yet. I tried to hit them up through email, *** Instagram, and text but they haven't replied to me about my order or giving me my money back. I spent $185.74 and my order # is KA6231. I got a copy of the order right here.

I bought 2 kpop album sets from Kpop Arizona on February 17. My order number is #***. They told me in an email that the albums would come in March and that they would send me another email with the shipping date. I tried to contact them by email twice in April, on the 22nd and 29th, but they didn't answer.

I ordered 2 *** blu ray packs from Kpop Arizona's website on January 20th (order number: ***). I paid $202.04 with my *** card. But, I still haven't received my products or a refund. I've tried emailing them and messaging them on social media, but they don't respond much. On February 16th, they said they were waiting for a replacement, but I haven't heard anything since. They usually just say hi and ask for my order number before ignoring me or deleting my messages.

This company is not good. They lied to me for 5 months about my product. They took my money and didn't answer my emails, messages, or comments. They lied to me at an event and said my item would be shipped the next Monday. But they said the same thing the next weekend when I asked about it. I talked to a customer service person and they lied to me. They said my package was lost, but *** said they never got it. Then, it magically got shipped and delivered. But when I got my order, it was missing something. I tried to get answers or a refund, but they ignored or deleted my emails, messages, and comments.

I order album from this company on August 22. I contact them many times but only get response twice. First time they say they only get half their order from Korea. Second time (after my 4th email) they say they get wrong album and new one will come in few days. 3 weeks later I ask for update or refund. After 72 hours I send another email saying I will contact ComplaintsBoard.com after 48 hours. They no respond to either. Main problem is they have my money but no give me product and no respond good.

I ordered an album and poster from Kpop Arizona on May 30th. They sent me a confirmation email and all seemed well. However, it's been months and I still haven't received my order or any shipping information. I tried emailing them, but got no response. I tried again, but still no response other than an automated message saying they'll get back to me soon. When I tried to report the issue on the Shopify app, I couldn't even load the order confirmation page. I also couldn't log in to the store's app or recover my password. I thought the store had gone out of business, but they still make social media posts, although they've disabled comments. This makes me think I'm not the only one having issues. I checked my bank statements and they still charged me $29.17, without refunding it. I really wanted to get my order, but now I think this shop might be a scam.

I made an order on December 7th for an item called *** from Kpop Arizona. The price was $57.77 and my order number was ***. On February 13th, I got an email saying my item was ready for pickup, but the link to sign up didn't work. I emailed customer service on February 17th to let them know I was still trying to pick up my item, but they just told me they would email me when it was ready (even though they already emailed me with a bad link).

I emailed customer service again on April 6th to ask for an update on my order and to request a refund of $57.77. The item I bought was a calendar for 2021, but it's already May and I've missed almost half the year. I could have bought it from other websites and gotten it right away. I still haven't heard back from customer service about my April 6th email and they never answer their phone.

I ordered a lot of stuff from them (over *** worth of orders) and everything was good until recently. It's hard to get in touch with them about my orders and it seems like other people have the same problem. On October 5, they said they shipped my order but I never got it. They said they would have it by the end of the week but I still haven't heard anything. I tried to contact them a lot of times but they always say "we are looking into it" and then never reply. I also saw other people on ComplaintsBoard.com and social media who had the same problem.
