Music Direct Awful customer service, refund nightmare. Beware before purchasing!

Terrible customer service. It's like pulling teeth to get a refund. Be careful before you buy. I purchased a tube, but they sent me the wrong one and had the audacity to insist it was the right one. Obviously, it wasn't because it had a completely different number on it. I'm still waiting for my refund, and every time I call, they feed me more lies. It's frustrating beyond belief.
