Bought tickets 3 months in advance 2 days before the concert the event was cancelled tried getting a refund sent me to another site neither tickets.com nor select-a-seat or vivid seat could find my information even when I was giving them the same info they gave sending all my emails and screenshots to FBI cyber crime department to see what they will do

Recommendation: Never do business with ever
