I wanted two tickets to Mannheim Steamroller Christmas and wanted to purchase the tickets directly from the venue. Tickets Center gave me the impression they were the venue when in fact they were not. I purchased two tickets the to Chelsea at the Cosmopolitan and paid twice the price. When I realized this error, I contacted Tickets Center who refused any refund either partial or full! I am 81 years of age and this is taking advantage of an elderly person with limited funds.

Claimed loss: The tickets were $85.00 more that what I would have paid if I purchased them directly from the venue.

Desired outcome: Refund my $85.00 to my charge card.
