I had purchased tickets to see Moulin Rouge in Phx on 7/31, seven months prior as a Christmas gift. Going through ASU's site I had no choice but to purchase with Tickets-Center. on 7/29 I contacted TC because I hadn't received my ticket transfer email. A chat agent found my order and directed me to my Ticketmaster App, where I could now see my tickets. Day of the event I find my ticket transfer from TC to Ticketmaster had been cancelled and in my App my tickets show voided. The email came from Ticketmaster so I call them first. They tell me the cancellation was initiated by Tickets Center. I contact them next but now my order number cant be found. It takes my 3 days to finally reach someone that can find my order on 8/2/25. I asked for explanation as to why my order was cancelled and why I haven't been given a refund. I am told this needs to be investigated and it will take 3-5 days. It is now 8/12 and I still don't have answers or a refund. I am told my issue is still being investigated and it will now take another 3-5 days. I ask directly if I have been scammed and I am told no, but then why haven't I been given a refund? The added time and stress this has taken has added insult to injury.
