Tickets-Center.com review: Ticket switch last minute, not a upgrade as they claim they have the right to do. A downgrade, they should not have a license to resell.

We bought ti kets for the Midwest Horse Fair in Madison 2 weeks in advance. The ri ket were purchased for row C, a nuce seat with a great view of the event. The day before when we finally got the electronic tickets they were as promised. We get to the event and much to our disappointment the ticket was changed. Yes, 2 rows closer and in front of a railing. We were unable to view the event as the railing was the main event at this point. The icing on the cake is. Toral cost was listed, after payment was made there was a 24 dollar fee included.Shame on you tickets center.
