Ordered tickets for san diego wave fc for game on 3/14/26. In an email they said ok, two tickets for San Diego Wave FC on 3/14/26. Then, in the same email, they said they charged $199 to cc for purchase of two tickets to San Diego FC game on 3/1/26. GA standing room only. This was the wrong event. They took $199 for tickets to a game I did not request. They said tickets will be sent by 2/28/26, via email from the person who sold them. What? Wrong team, wrong day, wrong everything! They confirmed correct tickets request then sent tickets for the wrong game. They refuse to refund money and are shoving these incorrect tickets down my throat. I spent three hours on their chat trying to get refund without success. I sent them the same email they had sent me which proves they did not send the correct event tickets. Proof of their mistake. They confirmed correct event but did not send tickets for this event. They purchased tickets for the Mens team, San Diego FC, for 3/1/26. I requested and they confirmed, tickets to the Womens game, San Diego Wave FC, on 3/14/26. Their rep confirmed ticket request then screwed up and sent wrong tickets. Now they refuse to refund, even with proof of their mistake in hand. They tell me I must provide them with the tickets I did not order, did not want and did not use. I have been unable to locate these tickets they claim were sent. That was ok with me because according to Ticket-Center, they were for the wrong event and I did not order tickets for that event. They say they do not actually send the tickets, but the person selling the tickets should have sent them to me. They do not reveal the name of this person or where the tickets are transferred from. They only claim the tickets will be delivered by 2/28/26. Firstly, I did not order tickets for San Diego FC playing on 3/1/26, and secondly, they say somebody sent tickets for this game back in December 2025, which I still am unable to locate. The bottom line is that they did not give me what I requested and owe me a refund. Even with the email proof of their rep changing my request, then sending tickets for the wrong event.
Three hours online with them while they deny, delay, and stall, making excuses as to why they will not refund. They blew it! They did not provide tickets for the game requested and I am due a full refund. Including the $42 charge they added for processing fee.
Claimed loss: $199
Desired outcome: Refund my $199 I will not give them a second chance. I want a full refund and will never do business with them again.
