I can't be happier with the product and service from Thuja Gardens. I ordered 10 Thuja Green Giants about 7 years ago and they are all absolutely spectacular specimens now. We moved and I needed another screen so I just ordered 4 Thuja Green Giants. They arrived quickly, packaged well and safely and they're thriving. Service, quality, prices are all great. Thank you!

Spoke to the owner before ordering. He was very knowledgeable and made it easy to decide to place the order. Received 10 Thuja Giants 2-3 ft in a timely manor. Called him back about some additional planting information. They all made it. This was in June 2022. They made it thru the drought this summer and are looking good as of now. Hope they make it through the winter and the deer don't eat them.

Truja Gardens is an excellent company! I ordered 12 trees and they were delivered to my home within 3 days form South Carolina to Maryland. I was disappointed that I hadn't found the company sooner to order my first 22 trees I had needed. The 22 trees that I had ordered from another company had brown spots, bare spots, cut limbs and spikes. Truja Gardens Trees had NONE OF THIS. They were BEAUTIFUL GREEN TREES!

Shipping was kind of slow but expected with COVID and the number of trees ordered. 20+ trees 4-5ft tall ordered from ThujaGardens. All trees were at least 4ft. but some were more dense than others. All trees were well packaged. Will order a few more trees next year. Two trees discolored and died for no apparent reason. If there was room for improvement it would be the addition of information on how to wrap a young Thuja in burlap for the winter months.

Im 100% satisfied with my gorgeous Thuja Giants that I ordered from Thuja Gardens. I ordered 10 and I believe they were all around 2-3 feet, all healthy and ready to plant. They came perfectly packaged and arrived at by door just few days after I ordered them. I actually wasnt able to plant them right away, so they laid out a while before I got to planting them and I was worried I might harm them, but the plants held up fine. My plants are now planted and look great! Excited to watch them grow.

Thuja Gardens (ROY) refuses to answer e-mails or phone inquiries after the purchase and ensuing problem with the delivery. We ordered four to five foot trees and received two to three foot trees. We paid for the taller trees and then got stuck with short trees. Anyone would know we had gotten taken but their refusal to credit our account and only charge us for the smaller trees is called misleading and false advertising. Beware of this company. I do not appreciate being cheated and hope what goes around comes around for this Roy at Thuja Gardens. Avoid.

Very satisfied customer of Thuja Gardens. Our Giant Thujas arrived healthy and packaged in an amazing way in Spring 2022 and they have done very well this past growing season. We will be ordering more this coming spring. We placed 2 separate orders, all went well with communication (called and spoke with their customer service representative directly) and delivery was as promised. We are 100% satisfied with the purchase of these beautiful trees and we will order a few more this spring to extend the privacy area around our property. Looking forward to a fast and lush growing season for spring 2023!

This summer, we purchased 34 Thuja Giants from Thuja Gardens over two orders for our bed and breakfast. We are extremely happy with our experience. The trees, all of them from the 4-5 foot category, were 5 feet tall and very healthy. We asked for a delay in shipment on one of the orders, and they accommodated our request exactly as we wished. They arrived when we wanted so that our landscaper could do the planting on time. Over the past few months, all of the trees continue to do very well. We also found the costs very reasonable. I would not hesitate to order from Thuja Gardens again.

I think the shipping process could use some work. I ordered my trees and had an October 4th delivery. October 4th arrived and I did not receive the shipment. I emailed Thuja Gardens and no response. I sent a 2nd email, no response. I finally called and spoke with a really nice gentleman and he assured me my shipment would be received in 5 days. It arrived in 4. The trees were beautiful and still very healthy and thriving. They are perfect! The product was good but definitely a little nerve racking regarding the shipment process because I was worried for the trees thinking they were stuck in transit. But all worked out. Thank you!

Very disappointed in this company. I never write reviews, but I feel I need to heed warning to consumers looking to purchase from Thuja Gardens. One of the American Pillar Arborvitaes I received was split in half on delivery. I reached out via phone with no answer, reached out via email with no response. 3 out of the six arborvitae are multiple leader plants, making them very susceptible to snow damage. I requested 5-6' plants, none of them hit the 5 foot mark. For the price I paid for these plants I expect some sort of customer support. Nothing, zero, ghost town. Took the money and ran! Do yourself a favor and just buy your plants from a reputable online dealer.

Thuja Gardens is a class act. I purchased 20 x 3' Murray Cypress for our residential property. The trees come very well packed and are beautiful. I planted the trees in early April and had a little trouble with the little beauties taking root. I must have contacted Thuja Gardens 10 times asking Roy for his assistance...I'm sure I drove him crazy but he didn't show it and always offered suggestions to save my trees. Implementing all of Roy's suggestions, it appears my 20 trees are looking happy & taking root and all are showing new growth - hoping my trees have turned the corner. Thanks Thuja Gardens for delivering a superior product and exceptional customer service.

Outstanding service, gorgeous product! We purchased 24 Thuja Green Giants, 3-4 ft tall, to create a privacy wall. They arrived via UPS shipped for free because we ordered the minimum to qualify for free shipping. Upon unpacking they were all very healthy. We lined them up in the sun and gave them some water. About a week later we prepared the holes in the ground and planted per their directions. The staff educated us on how to properly water and care for the trees, especially during the hot and dry weather we had in SC summer of 22. I called and talked to him 3 times to discuss the process. They are thriving! I highly recommend purchasing thuja green giants from Thuja Gardens. They stand behind their product and are willing to take the extra time to answer any questions about the trees. We plan on purchasing more trees in 2023 from Thuja Gardens, as our first group of 24 are growing and performing high above expectations. For those complaining about not responding to emails, try picking up the phone for a change- just saying!

I was extremely pleased with the 6 trees I purchased from Thuja Gardens. The customer service and communication prior to receiving my order was excellent and most importantly all the trees that I purchased exceeded my expectations in size and quality. I happened to need one more tree and some other plants so I ordered from a popular large online nursery that markets itself around Thuja trees only to be disappointed. Although I ordered the same species and size tree and planted it in the same area under the same conditions, that tree not only arrived much smaller in height and bulk than my 6 from Thuja Gardens but six months later my Thuja Gardens trees have flourished while the tree from the bigger online retailer still looks as sad as when it arrived so it unfortunately looks out of place in my line of 7 trees. It is clear that your company has exceeding knowledge about these types of trees and cares about your product and your customers. I would definitely recommend others to purchase their evergreens from Thuja Gardens.

I have ordered Thuja Green Giants from Thuja Gardens at least four times. All orders were for the tallest available- usually 6-7ft, and each time I ordered at least 5 trees. Each time my expectations were exceeded. The quality is as good as it gets. The Thuja Gardens trees are perfectly healthy, the care they take with shipping is also as good as it gets. They each arrive in sturdy, thick cardboard boxes and are so healthy, they almost look fake. The trees arrive soon after order placement- usually within 5 days. We are screening a large property with these trees, and I hereby offer testimony that these trees really do grow 3' a year. They handle less than desirable soil, dry conditions, too wet conditions, high winds, pretty much anything you can throw at them, including hungry deer (deer don't seem to like Thujas). And finally, last but not least, the Thuja Gardens prices are the best you can find. I spent a lot of time price comparing before I placed my first order. I am so glad I did. I will never buy Thujas anywhere else!

My client ordered 35 of Thuja Gardens 5-6' Thuja trees due to my recommendation for privacy of their new custom built home in Wayne, PA. We were informed that they would ship out on Saturday and arrive by Monday morning. Like clockwork, all 35 trees arrived at 6:30am. First, the packaging is top notch with extra thick cardboard, industrial staples, rope inside the boxes attached to both trees inside each box and each tree's base thoroughly wrapped in a green plastic bag to retain soil and moisture. Already the company had my praises! Each and every tree was BEAUTIFUL and fresh! I've been doing landscaping since I was 17, and now 50. I am so impressed with all aspects of this company from their customer service, meticulous packaging, beautiful selection of product, and follow up! We will be planting 24 more in the Spring once the new neighbor's house is built to finish off the perimeter of the property line. " There isn't any guarantee on seedlings"...You should have watered them" I'm really disappointed with this guy, Sent email informing him of my order of a hundred Murray Cypress struggling to survive. No response after a week or so...called talked to Roy, he said he never saw email. "Send again with pictures, mark it urgent" Did that, no response...called again, he said "haven't seen it, but I'll take care of it early Monday morning." Heard nothing back after another week. Called again, he answered, I explained who I was, didn't seem to have read my emails, but told me "... there isn't any guarantee, you should have watered them"..."Sorry" (Said he sent me a response, there wasn't one) Why lie ? Don't write reviews, this time, this guy frustrated me...$360 plus shipping, I've been Landscaping, gardening, and farming for 40 years. Probably not going to forget to water $400 worth of new seedlings in my nursery! Was able to save 10 of the seedlings, looks like they'll eventually make nice trees, but really feel ripped off! I back up my work for my clients 100%, it always makes sense to do so. This guy sent me off to write this review...
