Thorpe Heating & Cooling

robbie from thorpe heating & cooling came to do our air conditioning checkup today. he did a great job and was super fast. i would definitely tell anyone who needs help with their a/c to call thorpe and ask for robbie.

So, I had Thorpe come to my house in April to service my Lennox A/C unit. They did some maintenance stuff, including draining the pan. But then, in May, there was a leak in my ceiling near the A/C unit. I called Thorpe on an emergency basis, but they couldn't figure out the leak. So, I called a plumber who found that the pan leaked and caused water damage. My insurance company sent out a remediation company to dry out the ceiling. Thorpe agreed to patch and repaint the ceiling, but they wouldn't pay the remediation company. So, my insurance company took care of everything and said they would work with Thorpe for reimbursement. But, Thorpe hasn't responded to me or my insurance company. I want Thorpe to pay me the $1000 deductible and $85 for the plumber since it's their fault. I need ComplaintsBoard.com's help to get this resolved since Thorpe isn't responding to my emails or phone calls. Thanks!

thorpe heating and cooling is a good company. they do good work for heating and cooling. robby was really good when he came to our house on 05/05. he knew what he was doing and did a great job. we would tell our friends to use thorpe heating and cooling.
