Very reliable company for HVAC installation and service. I've been with AirFx for over 6 years and they've never let me down. Their experience really shows in the quality of their work. I've had them install and service my HVAC system multiple times, and each time they've done a fantastic job. They're always on time and get the job done quickly and efficiently. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and they take the time to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand. I've had no issues with my HVAC system since I started using AirFx. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

My Trane unit is only 2 years old. In that time, my unit has needed the following repairs: Compressor, condenser, and the coil evaporator unit has been replaced twice.

I wanna thank Air Fx for all they hard work and professionalism while installing my new air conditioner. I live in a two-story fifteen-year-old house and other companies just weren't capable or interested in takin' on such a major job but the guys from Air Fx went above and beyond our expectations and we are so grateful. You won't find a more polite, professional and experienced group of people than them at Air Fx.

There ain't no better company out there to provide service and product. They were Very professional and did a fantastic job on my new ac and vent installation. Excellent technical install, great attitude, answered every question and explained everything thoroughly. These Guys started early and were on time as promised and their pricing is awesome. Their sales rep (Jolene) is extremely knowledgeable and fast and friendly with her estimates. I will be a customer of theirs for life.

Our AC was installed and maintained by another company for seven years. They charged us a lot of money, but couldn't even figure out the problem since December . They even lied to us a month ago, saying we needed a new damper motor. Luckily, someone recommended Air FX to us, so we gave them a call. Mr. Sean from AirFx came and fixed the problem in just 20 minutes. No parts were needed, and it only cost $79. He was really professional and knew a lot about our AC model. He was also a nice guy. Right after he left, we called Air FX and asked them to send us the paperwork to become our regular maintenance contractor. When we called their office, a friendly and responsive lady answered the phone, which was really impressive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we're really grateful to them.

Todd was my service technician on January 7. He was really friendly, quickly found my problems, showed me the issues, and fixed them in no time. I'm really happy with AirFX and I've been using them for a few years. I'll keep using them in the future. UPDATE: It's now 2020 and AirFx has worked on my 20-year-old system a few more times. I'm always happy with this company. RJ was my last technician, a really nice and knowledgeable young man. He had my AC up and cooling in no time. Update: June 9. I had AirFx come back and install a new system (they had been keeping my antique system running for years). I decided to replace my old unit before the summer rush. Anyway, I can't say enough great things about this company! From the office staff, installers, technicians, even the owner gave me personal attention. Finishing up my job today was Kyle and Jesse. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job. And I am, very happy. God bless AirFx.

On May 3, I was charged $209 for a service plan. But guess what? The technician didn't show up and didn't even bother to give me a heads up. So, the next day, I called Air FX and talked to Jolene. I straight up told her to cancel the plan and give me my money back. But you know what? I never got that refund. Can you believe it? So, I had to go ahead and file a dispute with my credit card company. And guess what? I still haven't seen a single penny from that service I paid for but never received. Can you say "rip-off"?

I had an agreement for replacement of an AC unit and handler. Lack of customer relations. In the Spring of 2020, after 20 years of my original Air Conditioning unit I felt it was time for a replacement. As a recommendation from Lowes, I was led to AirFx Air Conditioning & Heating Inverness Fl. I felt they should be a reputable, competent, and concerning company to deal with. When it came to picking out a unit and full payment up front, I felt confidant I made a wise choice. After dealing with their workmanship and lack of customer relations I was wrong. Recall this is a replacement. Technicians have had to return approximately six to repair their mistakes as the unit shuts down. Technicians deny me a copy of the problems and corrections performed. We agreed to a 5-year maintenance agreement. I was charged $20.00 on 07/15 which needs to be refunded. When installing the air filter, the worker had to force the filter in which cracked the front panel, has not been replaced yet. I am unable to change the air filters, they must be forced in. I asked a friend for help. He felt there was a problem they did not fit properly. He looked up the part in the installer's guide. AirFx sold me a case of the wrong size filters. He also checked the 3 ceiling inlets. Two of them had cut off pieces of wrong size filters stuffed in them. After research double filters on the same inlet in not advised. The Air Handler is not at all like the one I purchased. The drainpipes should be in the rear of the unit, for some reason they are sticking out the front. I was told to take drainpipe apart an add dishwasher soap once a month to the inside of drainpipe. I have never had to do this in 20 years. I have contacted AirFx to set up an appointment to discuss all the problems. I am very unhappy. The secretary recorded my contact information. I have never received a phone call, email, or text. It is a shame elderly citizen must deal with such an insensitive company.
