Garret and the team at SafeAir Duct Care did a great job. Very polite and knowledgeable. Would use SafeAir Duct Care again. Also would recommend to family and friends.

called them 9/28 at 1230pm to ask about their add= $35.95 (In large Print) Clean and sanitize special. The add included 9 vents 1 return and 1 mainline which describes my house set up. My house is under 1000 square feet. In small print it said the entire system must be cleaned to receive offer. When I called and said my house is small (under 1000 sq. ft) they said it would cost between 300 and 800. I am a senior and find the advertised special offensive, misleading and too good to be true. Not a business practice of a A+ accredited business.

Wow! What a difference! The guys did a bang up job and were very courteous and polite. They explained everything before and during the process. They sent before and after pictures. Amazing results!

Cyrus and Garrett were professional and polite. Everything was explained to me prior to the service being completed. I was able to see before and after pictures before they left. It does cost more than the $35.95 coupon but expected it would. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

The coupon for $35 air duct cleaning is a marketing ploy that decreases my trust in our local businesses. When cleaning the ducts on an average house would normally cost at least $300 the coupon is simply not a good business decision. I would have preferred a $35 off coupon to this bait and switch.

There is no reason to leave multiple voicemails at any given time. This happened multiple times from the office. People work and can't stop and answer a call or even take this survey. It gets to be more than annoying. The customer service representatives and technicians did a fine job. They did forget to turn the heat back on before leaving, but the technician had shown me how, so it was an easy fix.

We had a coupon in the mail for $35 air duct cleaning for 9 ducts and a main line. with an addition for more vents. We called them and they came out and they wanted to charge us $710 to $955. They charged me $25 for the estimate. Daniel could have done a cursory inspection and given us a rough estimate. We felt like this coupon was a cheap way to get a $25 visit and did just did enough to say he did something.

SafeAir Duct Care and their team members came out 12/22. They were personable and VERY knowledgeable about the system! They looked at my system and explained what needed to be done. I ended up having black mold and the team took great care of removing it using their sanitizer in the ducts. My entire system is now clean along with my dryer vent! I'm above cloud nine with happiness and grateful that my daughter and I will be breathing better and cleaner air! You will not be disappointed scheduling a service call with this company!

Crew was very accommodating to us moving our animals around as they worked through the house. Crew also was respectful and identified we were wearing masks and wore theirs as well. Pricing was fully transparent albeit a bit higher than we expected it to be. Our house has quite a few ducts which understandably rose the price quite a bit. For a service you only need to get ever so often the pricing was reasonable.The Transparency in pricing and integrity and respect of the crew made this a very pleasant experience and we will gladly recommend Air Duct Doctors to our friends and family!
