Thorntons review: service

I would like to start by saying I shop at Thornton's a lot but today will be my last day ever returning I had the sale man Fernando at the location I'm largo Florida on ulmerton road he was very rude and nasty he would not ring up my items he was so nasty and made a racist comment about my skin color and I asked for his manger julies to come and assist but she looked at me and continued to do what she was doing he argued with me until the time I walked out the door I want to make a police report on him due to this matter I felt very violated
