Upon entering the store standing at the counter to get me change from gas Donna said you need to move your car you can't park in a handicap zone, I did not say anything just asked her for my change off pump 5. She got lounder, yelling being very rude in front of other customers..I started to tell her I had a handicap pass( but I stopped it was not her place to judge or ask about my handicap just because I am in an Amazon Van) but she kept yelling, you don't have a pass for that truck for me to move my Amazon Van..I said just give me my change so I can go, she forcefully pushed it in my hand and told me not to come back...she clearly verbally attacked me as soon as I walked in the door, with Nicholas Castle the manager, that was at the register behind her...did nothing to stop this abuse. I have NEVER been attacked, humiliated, harassed. In this manner in my life!
I was soooooo angered and Offended by her actions I went back to the store to get the managers name, which at that point I realized that he was there all along, so I asked him for the store # he said 500, and I asked for the general manager name, he said Annie Higgins, and while I was asking for this information she turned around and started back talking loud, yell at me again while I am talking to Nickolas Castle ...I looked at him and said you are not going to make her stop or do anything he said he would talk to her later not in front of customers, as she is yelling at me over his shoulder in front of a line of customers! I asked him if he heard the yelling earlier and why did he not step in to defuse the situation he said "well you can't park the Amazon Van in a handicap parking stop, I told him I can I have a plaque, they clearly don't know the rules of having a plaque and he start questioning my handicap. I did not say anything told him I was going to contact Corporate this Behavior is very disrespectful, abusive, humiliating that was not in anyway Provoked.
I will call tomorrow this happened about 4:47 on 12/12/19.
