Thorntons review: A simple bathroom

I frequently come to this Thornton's to get gas as I like to doordash in the Naperville area but it's so ridiculous how every time I need to use the bathroom it's apparently "down" or "closed" or "being cleaned" there's always some excuse. Are the workers just that incompetent that they're unable to allow a bathroom to be used at 6:30pm? Please fix this I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been turned away there's absolutely no point in having a bathroom if they are never to be used. And if you wish to know which specific Thornton's this was I'll gladly enlighten you that this occurs at the Thornton's at (1532 N Aurora Rd, Naperville Illinois. And this particular instance happened Tuesday November 3rd at 6:50 pm incase a worker needs to be identified, if I get denied bathroom service again I promise someone from this job will feel my wrath and hear what I have to say
