Thor Motor Coach review: Poor quality control, poor customer support

I have had multiple issues with the slide on my motorhome, including leaks and failure to extend or retract. This problem has left me stranded on 3 occasions causing great aggravation. After having repairs under warranty as well as several services I've had to pay for, I eventually learned this was a known frequent problem and Thor had a repair kit developed. I have documentation of these services in a PDF format, and email communication with a company representative. I'm not sure how to attach these here.
