So we bought a brand new 2022 Thor Venetian. Bought it February 24th 2022. Took it on one trip to UT to discover the issues below. We have owned RVs and know there will be issues, but nothing like this right out of the gates! We took the coach back to the dealer as soon as we got back on March 22nd 2022. The dealer has stated that the slide is a catastrophic repair and it will be a while to fix and may have to send it back to the manufacturer in IN.

1.Headlights not adjusted correctly and one of the running light rings not working (When on bright, left light shines to the top part of the trees on the side of the road). When on low beam, barely shines on the road. (Cannot see at all at night on dark roads). Also one of the running light rings is not lighting-

2. Drivers Side front slide (Same one that had the slide cover issue-cover was knocked loose and had a recall) is torn open (see photo below) This will have to have auths from the factory. THIS is a HUGE repair from the pictures. This issue the coach will have to be dropped off for a few weeks and possibly go back to the manufacturer.

3. Sink facet is still missing a screw we pointed out and thought was fixed. The entire faucet lifts up and off when we try to use the sprayer. (Looks like only the missing sprayer button was fixed)

4. Drawer under the bed never fixed -needs a new latch

5. Windshield seems to not be sealed Whistle in windshield constantly

6.Cargo bays do not lock on the passenger side. Do not lock with fob, keys or switch on dash. May need a part, Will have to get authorization from the factory.

7.Keyless entry button does not work on anything May need a part, Will have to get authorization from the factory.

8.Coach always pulls right. Nothing we can do with this issue. This would be on the Chassis dealer, Freightliner

9.Constant tire high pressure warning (See attached photo of dash) Nothing we can do with this issue. This would be on the Chassis dealer, Freightliner

10.Large slide seal not in correctly (Easy fix as it just needs to be slid down. Issue is that is needs two people and ladders to adjust/slide into place correctly so it seals.

11.Entry doors has terrible air leak while driving or any wind at all. Cannot even hear the radio if doing 65MPH. (Thinking the windshield not being sealed completely may be contributing) Just depends on what part needs resealed.

12.Dash squeaks horribly. Cannot find the squeak as it seems to be under the dash somewhere. Will have to see what it is.

13. Drawer under the kitchen sink was never put in correctly. Will not slide into the drawer rail to allow it to operate. Easy fix.

14. Aquahot does not work.

All of this above in less than the first 30 days we have had the coach...we have dropped it off to the dealer MHSRV and they have been working on addressing the issues. We expect to have some things wrong with a new coach as we take it out, however not the tailpipe falling off the generator, slides tearing apart on top, and the aquahot diesel control board going out, and windshields not being sealed correctly, and oh yes there was it enough antifreeze in the generator to keep it running ! The coach seems to just be thrown together as quickly as possibly to get it out the door bypassing all quality control checks.

My recommendation is that before leaving the dealer lot, you check your coach and ask to drive it for a few miles down the highway. Use ALL functions several times and be relentless before you do the final purchase! Quality control on the manufacturer and dealer part is gone these days!

Desired outcome: Get the coach back in the next week or take the coach back and allow us to get one that we can actually use.
