I'm really disappointed with This is How We Move It LLC. I had my move on 7/03, but unfortunately, I'm missing quite a few items. To make matters worse, they added charges to my bill without even giving me a heads up or a chance to decide. I've tried reaching out to both Kit and Alex, using the contact numbers I had from the move, but they haven't bothered to return my calls. It's been over a week now, and I still haven't heard back from them. I even have pictures of the missing items, along with the rest of the stuff they moved.

These guys will move anything from a tiny thing to a big ol' business and all your stuff at home. They work real hard, get the job done, and they're super nice. I gotta say, I've never been so dang impressed. They'll make sure everything's taken care of.

They disassembled furniture at the old office, transported it, reassembled it, and arranged it as requested. I highly recommend them for any moving needs, whether residential or commercial. They operate in a specific area but also service surrounding regions, offering both local and long-distance moves. They are truly 5-star!

I'm really mad at this company. Britney didn't give me all the details. It was a local move in Montrose with only 6 to 7 items. They quoted me $129 per hour, maximum of 3 hours. But they took $1079 from my account. That doesn't match up at all. When I called to complain, she said they only took half. There's no way I'm paying $2000 to move 6 to 7 items that are just 5 minutes away. It didn't even cost me that much to move from CO to CA. It's just ridiculous and crazy. I was told the owner was trying to contact me, but I haven't received any messages or anything. I've already contacted the ComplaintsBoard.com and the fraud department. In the future, please be more clear because no one in their right mind would pay such a ridiculous price, especially when their things haven't even been moved yet. I canceled the service, and if they show up and ask for more money, God help me. I am not a happy camper.
