We had a great experience with Lifetime Moving. We were very pleased with the customer service as well as the crew that came to do the move. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Lifetime!

We just had Lifetime come move us from Chandler to Gilbert and they were fantastic. Quick, efficient, and polite. They did overcharge us originally but issued our refund the same day. VERY happy with this company and would use them again.

I had a great experience with Lifetime moving from my first call to get an estimate to they took the last piece of furniture off the truck and put it in place in my new house. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, professional and friendly.

I needed a fast early morning "move out" because I had a weird buyer that insisted on immediate possession. The Lifetime movers showed up at 6:00AM and had me moved out in less than two hours. Assume personable guys made the move almost pleasant!

Lifetime moving made our move across the country so easy! They were upfront with their cost and it was very reasonable and worth every penny with the service that we received! I highly recommend using this company to have piece of mind while moving.

We were so pleased---from the conversation part of who to choose to move our furnishings, all the way to the time the crew drove away from our new home. Everything was so well done--and make note of this--not one item was lost, bent, scratched, nor broken. The crew assembled the large items in our new home--again very well done. Highly recommend!

I used Lifetime Moving & Storage to move from Arizona to Ohio in May . I've moved cross country many times in the last 7 years and Lifetime moving & storage was the best company out of all of them. They are an actual moving company,not a broker. Their movers were in uniform and were very professional and hard working. The quote was lower than all the other quotes I received. When you give them your 1st available date at your destination, they will be there. I can't say enough good things about this company. You would be foolish not to use them for your next move.

LIFETIME Moving & Storage is incredible! Our closing date on our house was changed twice which was a very stressful situation but Amber made our moving experience absolutely seamless. Amber was in constant communication and responded to my calls and texts almost right away. She was beyond helpful and knowledgeable regarding what we may need and tips on what we should do to pack up. The 3 movers that arrived at our house were on time. They were extremely professional. All 3 of them moved everything we asked and then some, with great care. Our furniture was taken apart and then put together even better than before. I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. I am so happy we chose LIFETIME Moving & Storage!

I moved from Marana Az Aug 2020. Lifetime Moving & Storage moved me to Evening Shade Ar, Aug 2020. I have talked several times on the phone with them about my reimbursement for damaged items caused by their company. One item damaged was my printer. It was crushed. I told them I have no way to fill out a form from online, sign and send back, so please mail it to me. This has been going on for 3 weeks and as yet I have not received the form to fill out for my damage claim. They emailed the form and I told them again I have no way to fill out and sign and email it back, so please mail it. They sent me an email, stating since I had not filed a claim or sent in the claim form that nothing will be done, and if they do not receive it by Jan 14 2021, I lose the right to any claim. Five months for a moving company to settle a claim is ridiculous, and they know it. I have contacted them numerous times but never get any satisfaction. Thank you for any help you can give me. I hired Lifetime Moving and Storage in Phoenix, AZ to move cross country to Toledo, Ohio. I had chosen them after researching many moving companies because they stated they are family owned and operated and do not hire 3rd party movers. The movers who delivered my furniture were 3rd party, did not listen to my instructions on putting furniture in correct rooms, left furniture wrapped in moving blankets. I was told by the representative that she would get a hold of dispatch and see what they could do. Since I hadn't received a call by 4pm, I called again and the woman in New Jersey was very rude and wouldn't even listen to me explain my problem. She put me on hold over 15 minutes, so I tried calling back and she said "Lifetime, please hold, I kept calling and she continued doing the same thing. Finally when she did answer, she still talked over me and wouldn't let me explain. Her rude behavior caused me to get extremely upset and a neighbor took the phone and pretty much cussed at her, She told me I was no longer to speak with anyone and only handle through e-mail. The representative told me it would be at least two to three weeks that anyone could be sent out to unwrap blankets and to send pictures, which I did send to her. I received an e-mail stating they would be there in two days and she never got the pictures. Her e-mail went in my spam and I didn't see it until the 13th. I sent another e-mail stating I sent the pictures and to at least text me since she refuses to talk with me. I want to know why they are giving false information that they don't hire 3rd party. I have yet to receive any response. I wanted to find out who was above her, *** Executive Director of Lifetime Moving and Storage and they told me no one was above her. This move cost me over $5,500.00. Can you help? Thank you
