Maison Moving is like super professional and they take real good care of our stuff. The office peeps are really good at talking to us before the move. And let me tell ya, *** and *** are the bomb!

They were on time, did not stop until both trucks were loaded, and were very easy to work with. They unloaded the trucks and placed everything where it needed to be. I will be calling them again for any moving I have to do.

I had to move my 88-year-old mom to assisted living. I hired this company to move my *** and even though they gave me a 4-hour window, they were here within the first hour. Thank you for an easy transaction, and my mom was pleased too! I wish I could afford movers because I am out of Ca not soon enough. I would use them to move me if I could! Had to move in a hurry on Labor Day weekend, we called Maison and I spoke with ***. He was very helpful in giving an accurate quote, said he would send a very competent crew to help us. The price was a tad bit higher than other quotes I got, but *** made me feel more confident our stuff would be moved with care as we have a lot of antiques and fragile items. Crew showed up on time, they were very personable and extremely hard workers. 3 bedroom house moved in about 6 hours. Only had one small casualty, spoke with *** and the very next day, mind you it was Monday of Labor Day weekend and *** sent someone over to rectify issue. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice, if I could give *** and their Maison Moving crew a 10 star rating I would. We would HIGHLY recommend Maison Moving to all our friend's, family and all of you reading this.

I've been a customer at Maison Moving since 2007 when they were called something else. Over the years, I've had some trouble keeping up with my payments, and there have been a few reasons for that. But whenever they sent me letters threatening to auction off my belongings, I always managed to work out a payment plan and settle my balance. About a month ago, I got a letter from them warning me that if I didn't pay $1690.00, they would auction off my stuff. So, on April 7th, I called to discuss my situation and make the payment. But before doing that, I just wanted to clarify the exact amount I owed. The person I spoke to was really rude and mean to me. It caught me off guard, and I had to ask her, "Do you treat all your customers like this?" She replied, "No, only the ones who are behind on their payments." I don't care how long someone has been late on their payments, you shouldn't talk to them like that. In the past, I've tried to retrieve my items, but they would always cancel on me.

The company don't tell you the whole price when you first talk to them. They told me it would be $95 for at least 4 hours. They said if it took longer, they would charge in 15 minute chunks until it was done. But what they don't tell you is that they add on the time it takes to drive between places. Even though I talked to Mellisa a few times before the move, she never mentioned this or gave me a total estimate. Even after I paid a deposit and got an estimate, there was nothing in writing about adding drive time. Basically, it took 5.5 hours to move everything. But when it was time to pay, the worker said I would be charged for 6.75 hours. Clearly, they do this on purpose to charge more and it's not right.
