I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is that? They just left me hanging without a simple email notification or anything.

I recently made a big order with The White Company and unfortunately, I haven't received it yet. It's been three weeks since I placed the order and the tracking information stopped updating once it reached Heathrow. I reached out to their customer service team via email and received a response from a woman named Sue Harrison. Her response was quite rude and she told me that I should have paid an extra $30 for tracking. I tried to call their US customer service line multiple times but was put on hold for over 15 minutes each time. I even tried calling their British number but had the same issue. I sent three more emails but didn't receive a response to any of them. It's really frustrating because I spent a couple of hundred bucks on birthday presents and now I have no idea where they are. My only option now is to try and get my money back through my credit card company. It's a real bummer. I think I might have to contact my local Attorney General's consumer hotline for help.
