Components missing based on the booklet provided:

Component 4 (bottom panel)

Components: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O ,P, Q, and R.

Please send these as the item cannot be built without these.

On Aug 13th, after another reminder message, we decided to return the package. However we would need the prepaid return label.

Received the chair and when I started to assemble it I found the right and left side are not the same. One has a ball at the top of the riser, and the other one does not. What has to be done to correct this problem? I am sending a picture of the back of the chair. Hope this helps.

The wishing well ordered has parts that are not lining up to the screw holes provided. I do not see any kind of serial number or product number.
