I bought a sure fit T shape 3 cushion cover
I bought a sure fit T shape 3 cushion cover. This cover don't fit my couch at all. It's like half the size of my couch. I recently did online searches for similar issues and this company has tons of reviews of the covers they buy not fitting their furniture. For a name like sure fit this company should be better with their products. Also, I contacted the company and told them about the problem and they won't exchange this cover that cost about $130. When I asked for a corporate # I got which ain't the right phone number and I think they did it on purpose.

So I thought, hey, lemme reach out to their customer service and see if any of their covers would fit her couch before I go ahead and buy one. Well, the customer service rep sent me a link to a list of covers that supposedly would work. So I went ahead and bought one, thinkin' it would be a perfect fit.
But boy, was I wrong! When the cover arrived, it was completely the wrong shape for my grandma's sectional. I was pretty ticked off, ya know? So I tried to return it, but guess what? They hit me with a restocking fee! Can you believe that? I mean, I only bought the darn thing 'cause they assured me it would fit. Talk about false advertising, right?
And to make matters worse, they gave me this super short deadline to get the package back to a UPS location in the good ol' United States. But here's the kicker: the borders were closed, so I had no way of gettin' it there! I tried to explain all of this to 'em, but they straight up ignored me. Can you believe the nerve?
