For the past several months I have not been receiving my paper. I call each time and record the missing paper either on the automatic service or I personally talk to a Customer Service representative. Each time I am assured that I will receive my paper that day within 2 hours. Other than one time, I never did get my paper. For example, I didn't get my paper for October 13, 20 or 23. I believe I haven't gotten at least 10 issues in the last five weeks. This is unacceptable! I have tried calling and even drove to the Press Enterprise office here in Riverside this morning only to find out that the office is no longer there (on Chicago Ave). I waste up to an hour each day this happens. My time is too valuable to have to fight to get a paper on time. I can't get anyone to give me a direct phone number to a district manager or anyone in charge of this area. I'm at the point to writing to the Better Business Affairs office, Consumer Affairs, Yelp, and maybe even get Channel 4 on the case. Would you please provide me with a contact of someone who can solve this issue? How can this be resolved? I'm been a loyal customer for many years but am extremely close to just canceling my subscription.
