On the evening of 6/19/23 I used the mask and heard a pop and a shot of light. The cord attached to the ac/dc adapter burned! It even burned through my blanket & singed my sheet! So glad I didn’t have a fire, but was surprised and stunned.

I’ve liked my mask, but couldn’t believe this happened.

I’d like a new mask or that black adapter cord replaced, please. It must have been faulty.

So, I ordered from VogueNow and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. First off, my package arrived all messed up.
