I was just notified the end of 2022 that someone had claimed and received benefits in 2018 2019 i have provided proof to NJDOL and they keep giving me appeals instead of investigating the problem and also has threatened me with garnishment after I have provided information of this not being me. This is a scam to give you a headache until you give up so they can scam you out of thousands of dollars. Whom would have ever thought the government would scam hard working people.

Desired outcome: do your job and hire people that want to work. resolve my issue
