Dear Sir,
I received an Email stating that I won £860,000.00 (Eight Hundred and Sixty thousand,Great Britain Pounds Sterling)for the month of October 2007, they need my contact no and address for the despatch of the said amount (i.e. prize money), when contacted they says that I need to bare some amount as courier expenses £685 pounds (56,072 Indian Rupee).
When they are giving me so much of amount with out participating in any lottery games why can't they deduct this small some of amount, it seems to cheat some one, I think it will be useful to some one who reads this.

I got the same email a few days ago saying i had won £860, 000, i thought it was too good to be true so i deleted it, then i got another just the other day saying i had won £555, 000, again i thought this was to good to b true, but then decided to research it, i came across all your comments and that decidedly made my mind up, then i decided i would try phoning the numbers provided, and just as i thought, u dont get through to anyone or the number is no longer in use, i then printed out the email i received and took it to my local police station and asked if they could look into it, as i have a friend there they got right to it, and again just i thought its all rubbish! its a FRAUD! its greedy ### trying to take poor peoples money so they can live the life of luxury! while we try and get ourselves out of this recession. Anyone getting these emails just think for a moment, if its too good to be true, then it probably is! be safe people! not stupid!

    THIS IS A FAKE!
if they havent already they will ask you how you would like paid your winnings.
    1. Wired in to your bank account (which means you need to give your bank details) "very risky"
    2. you can pick it up in person ( The address they give does not exist)
    3. by cheque (a courrier service called Greyhound Express courrier will be forwarded to you who work on a pay before delivery basis. costs vary from £441 and £805 depending on the time line, this courrier service does not exist in england and their address given also does not exist)

forward the emails you recieved to the national lottery fraud squd. you can find the address on the national lottery website. It also states "if you did not purchase a ticket you can not win"

do not click on any of the links given on any of their emails as they can make all your personal details and computer access codes available to the sender of the email.
Do not fall for this scam as you will be very disappointed with the outcome.

The Yahoo/Msn & Microsoft Windows lottery has discovered a huge number of double claims due to winners informing close friends relatives and third parties about their winning and also sharing their pin numbers. As a result of this, this friends try to claim the lottery on behalf of the real winners. The Microsoft lottery has reached a decision from headquarters that any double claim discovered by the Lottery Board will result to the cancelling of that particular winning, making a loss for both the double claimer and the real winner, as it is taken that the real winner was the informer to the double claimer about the lottery. So you are hereby strongly advised once more to keep your winnings strictly confidential until you claim your prize.

Hey people out there, I too recieved a mail stating that I had won a prize of 500, 000.000GBP, at first my kids ver very excited, but I told them not to be very happy as this could be a scam. They corresponded with me right till the part where the courier company had to send the delivery.Since we asked them to produce a proof of the winning cheque they stopped sending messages!CAN SOMEONE STOP THESE MOTHER###ERS?DONT THEY HAVE ANY BETTER WORK TO DO WITH THEMSELVES?THEY SHOULD BE JAILED AND THE KEYS THROWN AWAY AND MUST BE MADE TO SIT WITH HOT RODS UP THEIR ### SO THEY WILL NOT DO THIS TO ANYONE!!THEIR ### SHOULD BE PEELED LIKE BANANAS AND FED TO THEM.
