Hello,
On 23rd Dec and in Dubai airport, we have been approached by a sales representor to enjoy 50% discount on shopping, on 25th Dec '24 they took us to Tammem House office. Here one sales representative offered us buy a room in a hotel and Aria to manage the room for us and we have right to stay 7 days either in Dubai or any hotel in 114 countries.
Due to the confusion happened we have signed a contract on 25th Dec 2024, after we went out from Aria office we read the paper and we discovered that this is not buying a room, then I have conducted the lawyer in the same day (after 5 hours) to cancel.
Appreciate your understanding and refund me the 9000 AED.
Thank you
Hoshyar Ahmed Abdullah

Thank you
Hello, I did cancel within cooling off period but, the are refusing to refund.
What can I do now ?
M S Momin
I signed a registration contract with Aria Vacation Club on July 20, 2025 during a visit to Dubai. After reviewing the offer more carefully, I realized the service did not meet my expectations — so I sent a formal cancellation letter on the same day, within just hours of signing.
Despite this immediate action, Aria Vacation Club did not respond to my cancellation or refund request. I followed up and even visited their office in person within two days, where I formally signed a cancellation request. Still, they insisted the registration fee was “non-refundable.”
What’s even more surprising is that the manager who signed my contract later sent me a farewell message, confirming she had left the company shortly after. It’s deeply concerning to be left without support while the staff involved are no longer with the organization.
I am incredibly disappointed with how my case was handled — especially when I acted so promptly. I believe this contradicts fair consumer practices and I hope my story helps others approach Aria Vacation Club with caution.
Hello,
For my case i have been fully refunded but after a long fight.
I have wrote e-mails to all who I know in Aria Vacation club and The first group. and explain the trick and the eye washing by their Sales Rep.
I have insisted to reach their CEO , CCO, CSO CFT etc. though LinkedIn
Also I have conducted Dubai police but hopefully the issue resolved before taking it deeply with Dubai police.
Don't give up and try your best to stop this farceز
