PHB was very helpful in the purchase of my home and understanding in my special needs and request to have an extension in time because of me and my wife's age and moving from a 2700 sq. ft. house to a 1700. All the company employees l dealt with were very considerate, especially Samantha in sales and Sabrina my personal contact.

I was kinda hesitant going into this 'cause of some bad experiences I've had before with selling houses as-is, but PHB didn't let me down. They're super honest, good at keeping in touch, and really professional. We closed the deal in just 3 weeks and it was a breeze. I gotta give props to all the staff I dealt with and everyone behind the scenes who made this whole thing go so smoothly. I would totally recommend them.

Me and my partner just moved outta our crib where we've been chillin' for a whole decade. Gotta admit, we were kinda freaked out 'bout sellin' it for the first time. Ya know, sellin' a house can be a real pain in the butt, draggin' on forever. I recommend PHB to anyone selling or buying a home. My landlord decided to sell the house I was renting with only a few weeks' notice. I was overwhelmed trying to find a new place to stay, so I reached out to PHB since they were buying the house. I spoke with *** and she was really helpful. I explained my situation and she assured me that she would help me find a home. She had others contact me to help me in my search. I also shared my financial situation due to the short notice. *** spoke with her team and they even convinced my landlord to assist with financing my move. I really appreciate *** and the whole staff. Thanks again.

This has been the worst experience ever in my life! The company said they would purchase our home as is for 124,000 dollars and sent 2 people who were just your average joes to take some pics and look at home not inspectors just average joes . We were scheduled to close on June the 27,2022 and they said they needed for time for due diligence we said fine as sometimes closing dates can change so it got bumped for 30 more days. Granted the communication is horrible and I mean horrible from them they called and said due to material cost etc they would have to lower the price to 100,000 dollars . Being courteous like we are we said fine as we still were coming out with a lil profit . We were told closing would be in 2 weeks on august 10 all would be done but 2 days before closing and asked to drop to 83,000 dollars I said no way and told them that since our home was held hostage for almost 3 months we deserved compensation for the time we could no sell the house because we had other people interested but could not sale due to having a contract with them then it was crickets no word no nothing then the closing day passed and today on august 11 th we received a termination of contract saying our home did not meet their needs . Please buyer beware they will toy with you and try to get your home for nothing . I had to do at least one star to post the review otherwise I would had left nothing and I am sure I'll get the standard response like everyone else .
