I tried fitting the cover on my '67 Ford Fairlane GT 427 which was within the dimensions specified online, but it wouldn't even cover the front and back of the car. The material was also a cheap burlap type of material, which is not what an indoor cover should be. I've owned classic cars and covers for over 40 years and this as the worst quality car cover that I've ever owned. Customer Service only told me that I bought it over 30 days ago, so I couldn't send it back. Fine. But they didn't even care that their specs for the cover were wrong. Now I see why their reviews are so low, especially on the BBB site.

I recently bought a car cover from The Cover Store website and I must say, I'm utterly disappointed with their product and customer service. My cover hold downs got ripped off and I contacted them for an exchange, but to no avail. It's been a while now and they never even bothered to get back to me.

I advise everyone against buying anything from this website. Their customer service is nonexistent and they don't care about their customers. It's such a waste of money and time to deal with them. It's so frustrating to encounter such a problem and just leave it unresolved.

I should have read the reviews before buying anything from The Cover Store. I hoped for the best but got the worst. I just cannot believe how they can treat their customers this way, it's totally unacceptable. I feel cheated and scammed by this company and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the same.

In conclusion, please don't buy here! You will just waste your money and get no support for any problem that may arise. You have been warned!

I was pretty bummed when I found out that the stuff I bought from The Cover Store was made in some Chinese sweatshops. It's not cool that they don't tell you where their stuff is made before you drop your cash. Like, hello? Don't they know that most Americans would rather pay extra for locally-made products? I just don't get it.

That being said, the stuff I got from them was actually pretty nice. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one to support companies that exploit people or engage in shady business practices, but I gotta admit that The Cover Store has some good stuff. Their covers are top-quality, and they offer them in all sorts of sizes and styles. The site is pretty easy to navigate, too.

I just wish they would've been up-front about where their stuff comes from. It feels kinda shady to me that they don't. But if you're not bothered by that sort of thing, I'd recommend giving them a look. Their covers really are great quality. Just don't expect to know exactly where they came from.

This website is pretty good, but if you happen to need to send something back, whether it's their mistake or not, you might have a hard time. I don't think the people who work in customer service are very well trained, and getting through the return process is not so smooth.

I saw some bad ratings for them recently, and I guess they are probably deserved. They haven't been doing so great for the past couple of years.

I requested a cover that was specially made for me at The Cover Store site and they claimed that their business was family-owned in Texas and the goods were produced there. That's incorrect. When I checked the label of my purchased cover, it came from China. I felt really misled and I don't think I'd buy from them knowing my order would arrive internationally. To add to the frustration, the store refused to take it back. Terrible customer service, don't bother puchasing from them!

Don't be fooled by this website! I decided to order a cover for my outdoor furniture because the website was easy to use and the prices looked good. But what a mistake that was! The order was supposed to come to my house, but it never did. I waited and waited, but nothing came in the mail. After a while, I contacted the company to find out what happened. They said they had shipped it to me, but that it must have gotten lost in the mail. That's not my fault, I said. But they didn't want to hear it. They said they still wanted to charge me for the cover, even though I never received it!

They just kept repeating the same thing over and over again, in that annoying customer service voice: "I'm sorry, but we can't help you. You'll have to pay for the cover." I couldn't believe how terrible their customer service was. They didn't care at all about me or my needs.

In the end, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I found another company that actually cared about its customers, and I got the cover I wanted without any hassle. So if you're thinking of ordering from The Cover Store, be warned: you might never receive your order, and their customer service is terrible. Save yourself some time and hassle and go somewhere else!

I recently purchased the BlockTite Prime car cover from The Cover Store, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. Yeah sure, it seemed like a great deal at first when I saw that it was discounted from its original price of $141.99 to $121.99, but let me tell you, it was not worth it.

The website claimed that this car cover had "unique weather defeating technology" with its three wafer thin layers. However, I found that to be completely untrue. After just four months of using it in moderate southern California weather, with little rain and indirect sunlight, it began to disintegrate and tear.

I mean, seriously, what kind of quality is that? If I'm spending over a hundred dollars on a car cover, I expect it to last longer than just a few months. I was extremely disappointed in the product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Overall, my experience with The Cover Store and their BlockTite Prime car cover was awful. The quality was terrible and it didn't live up to its claims on the website. I would definitely suggest looking elsewhere for a car cover if you want something that will actually protect your car and last longer than a few months.

I placed an order for a custom-sized patio heater cover from The Cover Store, hoping to protect it from the elements. I selected charcoal color from their website and awaited eagerly for its arrival. However, what I got instead was a grey cover that was not only too big, but also poorly made with cheap materials from China.

Feeling disappointed and betrayed, I promptly called customer service to return the product and requested for a black one. The representative on the other end of the phone claimed that the grey cover was indeed what I had ordered. But I knew for a fact that the color displayed on the website had no resemblance to what was delivered.

To make matters worse, the return policy for custom-sized orders was nonexistent. I was stuck with an $80 cover that was completely useless to me, leaving me with a sense of betrayal and unsatisfaction.

Overall, my experience with The Cover Store was subpar and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy patio covers.

Ok so I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with The Cover Store. I'm someone who likes to keep my outdoor furniture lookin' good, so a few years ago I decided to get some table and TV covers from these guys. I figured they'd do the trick since they're made for outdoor use and all that jazz.

But man oh man, was I wrong. After just three years, all of the drawstring cords were completely gone. Poof! Disintegrated into thin air. I called customer service to see what could be done, and they straight-up told me they knew there was a problem with the cords but that I'd have to buy all new covers if I wanted them fixed.

Now, y'all, I'm not one to be wasteful. I have some Treasure Garden covers that have been holding strong for over 15 years! The fact that The Cover Store couldn't even bother to fix the crappy cords on their covers just makes me kinda mad. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

Just got off the phone with The Cover Store, and I'm happy to say that everything has been sorted out! They were able to cancel the follow-up order and change the material on the original order to the correct one. I'm so relieved that everything worked out, and I can't thank The Cover Store enough for their excellent customer service and dedication to getting things done right. The covers themselves are top-notch quality, and now that I have the correct material, I know they will last for years to come.

Overall, I highly recommend The Cover Store for all of your cover needs. Not only do they have a wide selection of products, but their customer service is fantastic. The inconvenience of ordering the wrong material was handled swiftly and efficiently, and I never felt like I was being ignored or brushed off.

In the end, mistakes happen, but it's how a company handles them that really matters. The Cover Store more than exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again to everyone at The Cover Store for making sure my order was correct and providing me with excellent service from start to finish.
