Horrible customer service. I've sent 6 emails about the stuff I ordered a month ago with no response. I wish I could give 0 stars.

ORDER *** Horrible customer service. I have sent 4 emails about the stuff I ordered last week with no response. I got an email saying (Your Comfy Order Has Been Delivered! WOO-HOOO!) Nope! I haven't got my full order yet. I ordered five Comfy and three CoverUps. The package arrived but only had three out of five Comfy and NO CoverUps. I tried emailing the company (4 emails exactly) and haven't heard anything back. Can't find a valid phone number to talk to anyone. They got full payment for stuff I haven't got yet. Still missing the Dream Snow Camo, Dream Purple Tie Dye, and all the CoverUps. Would really appreciate a response or the missing stuff. Thanks, Mary H Total $185.48 USD.

I ordered The Original Comfy well before Christmas, and they gave me a shipping label but never actually shipped it. I contacted them and they said it was on its way. But guess what? Two weeks later, the package is still stuck in their warehouse. I reached out again, and they told me that *** stopped picking up from that warehouse weeks ago. That's why my order never got shipped. They took my money and couldn't even deliver the product I bought. They offered to send me another one, but I didn't want to take a risk since they couldn't transport their shipments for 3 weeks. Finally, they gave me a refund, and I ended up ordering a similar product from somewhere else, which arrived in just 3 days. Unfortunately, when I posted a negative review on their site, they immediately took it down. No wonder they have so many positive reviews on their site - they delete all the bad ones. I feel really deceived, and everyone else should too. Don't trust those glowing reviews on their site - they only tell part of the story.

I ordered a comfy on 11/12 and got a confirmation that they took my money. But now, two months later on 1/10/22, still no shipping info, tracking number, or even an email. I emailed them twice but got no response. It started to feel like a scam until I saw others going through the same thing. I just want my product. I'm not asking for a refund, but if I have to, I'll contact my bank.

I bought 2 Comfy and 1 socks. The 2 things came fine, but the other Comfy had a shipping label made but not shipped. I tried to email their support but it bounced back. I also tried to fill out their contact page but they haven't replied and it's been a week. I wanted it for a birthday gift. I just want the item to be delivered correctly.

On May 24, I ordered a comfy online using my *** card for $45.90. The order number is ***. I've been trying to contact the company to inquire about the shipping status of my order, but I haven't received any response via email for several days. It's been three weeks now, and I still haven't received any shipping confirmation or email. I even checked with ***, and they haven't deducted any money from my account. I still want to receive the merchandise, but if they're not going to send it to me, I would like a refund. This company lacks professionalism.

I bought a black Original Comfy Hoodie on December 12 and they charged me ***. They sent me an email on 12/13 to confirm my order. My order number is FRDF5249. I emailed them on the 17th to ask about my order's status. They said it got stuck in their system and they would send it out. I've been emailing them almost every day since then. It's now January 20th and I still haven't received my merchandise or my money back. Can you help me? I can provide all the emails as proof if you need them. I'm not sure what else I can do.

I bought a bunch of stuff from the comfy store website like 10 days ago. I've been emailing back and forth with customer service a bunch of times asking when my stuff is gonna ship. But they can't give me a straight answer. The handling times were supposed to be 5 days, but it's been almost 2 weeks now. And they can't even tell me when I'll get my stuff. I was really hoping to have it by Christmas, but who knows at this point. Their customer service is just terrible. You can't even talk to a real person, and when you email them, it takes like 5 days to hear back and all they say is they don't know when my stuff will ship.

I bought a hoodie from here in October. It was shipped in November but got sent back to the sender for some reason. I emailed them and they said I have to wait until February 8th to get my order. I told them to keep it and give me a refund instead. Since November, I haven't received any emails about it. Now it's February and still no hoodie. I emailed them again, but no response. I asked on TikTok, but my comment got deleted and I got blocked. I tried Instagram, made a post, and sent them a message, but got blocked again. So here I am. I have proof of every email I sent with no response. I have bank statements showing no refund. They said the hoodie was returned to them, but in another email, they said it was delivered to me. I'm done.

I ordered a "Comfy" on 12/12. I paid with *** through PayPal like "Comfy" wanted. But I didn't get a tracking number or expected delivery date with the order confirmation. On 12/15, I asked for this info because my credit card got charged on 12/12. They replied saying they were busy, but they didn't give me the info I asked for. On 12/16, I asked again for tracking and delivery date info. I asked again on 12/19. They said sorry and that they were working on my order. On 12/23 & 24/21, I asked for the same info. On 12/24, they said, "Hi there, your order has been packed and will be sent out in these dyas". On 12/30, I asked where the product was and for tracking info. They replied, "Hi there, thanks for your order, we are really sorry about that. the item was stuck in our system. we have fixed it and will ship asap." On Friday 12/31, I asked for tracking info again. They didn't respond. It's been 9 days now. I haven't received the product, tracking info, delivery date, or any more communication.
